This travel plaza sticks to the general format of the architectural and schematic "genre" of travel plazas, but with some distinctive touches, like the cherry trees in blossom out front, and the sculpture in the dining area. The facilities are modern, well organized and clean. The restaurant franchises' staff is friendly yet professional. Free wi-fi and ample parking.

Such a nice travel plaza! They have self serve coffee & tea & specialty NY foods for sale (like maple syrup). What a great pit stop!

It was nice to find such a clean stop during my long drive

We were treated very well when we stopped. Had a german shepherd puppy we rescued. Staff was courteous and didn't give us a hard time bringing the puppy inside with us, as it was late at night & he was timy. The plaza was clean. Restrooms clean.

I found this rest area to be one of the nicer ones along the the NYS thruway so far. The bathroom and dining area were exceptionally clean. The furniture in the dining area was also nice, comfortable, and contemporary.

I find it less busy compared to many of the rest areas. My wife packed us lunch so I cannot speak to the service or quality of the food options. I did notice the food dining options are limited to McDonald's and Hebrew National hot dogs.

Top notch Rest area Truckers to the right, about 17 parking spots. Cars to The left, large parking lot with nice plaza and gas station. The pet area is close to where you pull in.

A clean and safe place to stop.

It's open, has gas, bathrooms and good food. Plus seating and a nice table area, what more could you ask for. Shops out front in summertime is a nice touch also.

I was pleasantly surprised at the service I received while visiting. It does take a lot to keep a business like this afloat and while making customer service your top priority, some may see this as challenging. I would definitely return as they rank high marks with me on the appearance and maintenance side. Quick mart is helpful but overprices and the McD's is right on the go.

We stopped by for a bathroom break at around 8pm, and decided to get a small fry from McDonalds. The guys there were so nice, and gave us a BIG fry, free of charge!! Definitely made our night!

Easy to get to from the "Canalway Bike Trail" if on your bike makes this place extra convenient. It has a McDonald's as well as a small convenience store for emergency "camping" staples, gas, etc. Staff in both stores were friendly and McDonald's got my order right in this one👍👍😉. I found the facilities clean and it was a nice "cooling down" break sitting inside.

Used the restrooms. Pleasant and clean. Purchased items in small store inside. Outside there was a farmers market where we were able to purchase maple 🍁 syrup.

This is exactly as expected: a place to rest eat and pee for the weary traveller. The rest rooms are clean and fresh. There are several eateries and fast food chains for burgers sandwiches and coffee. There is a store to buy basics.

I seem to hit this rest stop every single time I travel downstate! So I guess I have to say it's my favorite lol. I always know that when I'm stopping here, my destination isn't far! Plus, it's always so clean!

Well maintained. Nice array of food and snack items. Gas prices were competitive with stations of the tool road.

What are this near thinking in New York only McDonald and a one convenient store? Where is the bagels New York? No pretzels or pizza?? Really clean bathrooms though. I like that! You know this!!!

Another great Travel Plaza easy in and out for truck drivers. I highly recommend this place to stop get some rest get something to eat.

Another great rest stop in the state of New York. Whoever contracts to clean this stop does their job well and takes pride in the service they provide! This place is ALWAYS clean no matter what time of day, or night, you stop!!

This is my favorite stop on way westbound... Right om the river. Nice facility
Places to have a picnic. Place for the kiddos to play.
Good stretch for the legs
