Left a family reunion in Lake Chelan heading the scenic route home ( Dallas TX ) hadn’t gotten a few yards down the road and the tire warning light came on. Went directly to a tire service chain in Chelan but alas they had no opening for a while-( and everyone knows how estimated time of service works out ). We decided to call Dave the tire guy. Without hesitation he said he’d fit us in between some jobs he had today. We put air in our screw punctured tire and headed his way. An hour later we pulled up and met Dave. He invited us to take seat while he checked our tire. He quickly went to work fixing the problem engaging in conversation all the while. Dave’s quick friendly service allowed us to continue our journey without delay at an unbeatable price.

Dave was absolutely amazing!! We had gotten a flat and in less than 24 hours he got us a new tire and installed. He’s has great communication and positive attitude, more than willing to help and welcoming. Dave gave me a great price on Cooper Road and Trail tires. On top of that, he was able to fix the tire pressure sensor light on my dash very quickly. I will go to him again and recommend this place to anyone that needs quality tires or has a tire sensor light on in their vehicle. It is an outstanding place for new tires.

We had just started our annual girls trip when my husband noticed our trailer tires were bad. He contacted Dave the next day to ask about tires. Due to our location, Dave came over on his off day to check my tires and make arrangements to come back to the parked trailer on Wednesday evening and change my tires. Wow. I can’t say enough good things about Dave. As someone who has been privileged of having a father And uncle that owned a tire shop and mechanic shop, finding someone that is honest and wants to best fit the needs of their customers is important to me. Dave embodies that and more. He isn’t going to try to sell you on more than you need. Dave is educated, straightforward and will work with you to find something that’s the best fit, quality and within your budget.

He is also incredibly responsive in his communication. He let me know when my tires were in, sent an appointment reminder and even followed up with me after my appointment to make sure everything was okay.

I appreciate that he is flexible and understanding . A mishap on my part, I forgot my wheels, then lug nuts/key (both in the same day) Dave rescheduled and there was no judgement. He was even gracious enough to squeeze my significant other in the same day for seasonal tire change. Not only that, Dave took the time to physically show and educate him on some major issues that needed to be addressed. Although, he doesn’t do auto mechanic work at his tire business in Ephrata, it is proof to his knowledge, experience, integrity as an automotive expert and human.

Dave has a gregarious spirit. I felt welcomed right away. At my first appointment, he offered to drive me to Starbucks and recommend a local restaurant(Barb and Ed’s) for a great burger for lunch. At my second appointment, he offered me to help myself to some fresh oranges he just bought that day from a local woman down the street. And engaged in conversation with a genuine interest while I waited.

I have already recommended Dave’s services to friends, family and other acquaintances. I live in Wenatchee (about an hour drive to Ephrata) and I can tell you, it’s more than worth the drive. Dave is hardworking, a family man, very knowledgeable and experienced. I feel confident and reassured with his services. Even though he is a “one man”show, don’t let that detour you, he goes above and beyond and blows other corporate businesses away.

I needed some trailer tires mounted on a weekend, he got that done quick on a Sunday. I was also looking for tires/rims for a skip loader, he measured my wheels, verified the dimensions and got them in quickly.

Great customer service from Dave The Tire Guy! Glad to have a reliable, knowledgeable, independent tire shop in Ephrata. Learned a lot about tires and lug nuts chatting with him. Dave was very honest and did not try to upsell me products, just offered sound advice.

I picked up a nail on our way to Sun Lakes resort for camping with the family. Dave met me at the shop first thing Monday morning and patched my truck tire. We had a brief discussion about my truck needing tires before winter and rather than wait, I had them ordered and Dave installed them the next day. I was in town for work and noticed a slow leak in one of my tires. I spoke with Dave and he got me in right away. His shop was very clean, he was very personable, and rather efficient. Give Dave a call next time you need assistance with tires!

Rolling through town on a Sunday around 6pm had a blow out on my trailer. Pulled over and put the spare on. Knowing the worst part of our trip was yet to come & that we wouldnt have a spare or phone service on white pass I had my daughter google search for local shops of course the big corporate names pop up my daughter says what about this one Dave The Tire Guy it says to Google message & typically responds within the hour. We followed his profile directions sent him a message he responded in a timely manner. I gave him my phone number and he called me. I explained my situation we talked price and met him at his shop. I knew being a sunday after hours it wasn't going to be cheap but he was more than fair. He's a stand up guy with a nice clean business let my daughter and I use his rest room and offered us a cold soda. He got us back on the road to finish our 11hr trip with piece of mind.
