We absolutely love the arrangement that we ordered from Cottage Rose! The uniqueness of the barnwood box arrangement sounded wonderful and was even better than expected upon arrival! We love that the recipient has the succulents to keep long after the cut flowers have faded. We were so impressed with the service and prices that later in the week we also ordered a Peace Lily for a funeral service and it was equally as gorgeous. Karla is our go to florist from now on!

This year is our first homecoming experience and Karla did not disappoint! She was so easy to work with and came up with beautiful arrangements for a corsage and boutonnière!! The colors were exactly what the couple (friends) were looking for and look even better than imagined:)

I spent several hours on the phone trying to get an arrangement sent to my niece for her surgery with another company. After placing the order, I received a call at almost 4 o’clock saying they couldn’t get it there that day nor could they do the arrangement like I had asked. I canceled the order and went online and saw cottage rose florist. I picked out a beautiful arrangement and ordered it. Then a few minutes later someone from their called and said that they saw I had picked delivery for the next day because that was the only choice given. But if I wanted it delivered on the day, I was ordering it she would make sure it went out. I was so happy! And the arrangement was well above my expectation! And not only that it cost less. I will use them from now on!!

Absolutely the best Customer service! We needed a same day for our grand baby that had surgery and they put together the most beautiful basket and got it to her right away!

I came in with an unrealistic request for a boutonnière that I needed that day for a concert I was performing in. I was fully prepared to have to wing it on my own. Not only were they able to get it made ready for me to wear in a ludicrous timeframe, they went above and beyond on the quality and artistry! Amazingly kind and talented people work here and they deserve as much business as they can handle. Just as long as you don’t do what I did and ask for something you need within an unreasonable time crunch

Though I can’t remember her name who took my call / order, she was so tentative to my order. In fact, I feel like she went above and beyond to help me create a beautiful bouquet for my daughters sweet 16th birthday and had it delivered to my daughter a few hours later. Such a down to earth voice that you just don’t find anymore. We talked about how she had given up her job because she felt like this was her calling and I believe it was. My daughters flowers were beautifully put together. She took the time to genuinely listen to what I was wanting to make yesterday a perfect delivery. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. Thank you for such wonderful costumer service.

I couldn't be happier with these flowers, and I wish this flower shop was in my local area. I phoned and arranged for a delivery in Troy. The florist worked with me patiently to work out my flower preferences. They were delivered the following day with about several kinds of flowers in the bouquet including rose, iris, hydrangea, and lily. Each flower is FRESH and LOVELY. Cottage Rose Florist is officially who I will be working with exclusively for any flower needs in the area. We had some drop off issues and the owner personally contacted me to let me know the new plan and keep me up to date on everything. I live out of state and was ordering flowers for my moms birthday and it really meant a lot to have someone on the other end that cared as much as I did.
