My husband and I are at Potbelly's for the first time tonight. We were very impressed. My husband said we will come back again! Food was very good and we loved the bread! Service was great and the inside is really nice!

Great! Food and service all around. Sandwiches are hot and fresh! Homemade cookies are fantastic! And the soups are awesome! Love ❤ this place. I'm addicted lol!

Where to start. Phenomenal customer service. Super kind workers. Great tasting food. Incredible owner. One of a kind sandwich shop. It’s a must go!

This little shop of delicious sandwiches is ran by a local family that is always present and it shows. I’ve been in here multiple times and never had to wait more than a few seconds for somebody to help me out. Really great on catering orders as well. We will be definitely frequenting this place multiple times

Great sandwich and staff. The only bad thing was the amount of clutter near the restrooms.

Dropped in for a late lunch. After a customer placed two phone calls trying to get the order right an employee went around them and fixed my meal. Outstanding customer service that's how you do it. Good job today guys the food was fantastic.

So my daughter and I just finished eating and I just have to say what a great experience!! We came in at 759 not realizing they closed at 8 and a super awesome lady with a broken/sprained hand went above and beyond for my daughter and I. We will be back for sure food was fantastic(Meatball subs) just really cool that they were basically closed and were super cool about it and even went above and beyond!!

Chain restaurant with a local feel. Great customer service with friendly staff that knows their product. First time visiting and was given a few recommendations. Went with the Wreck and was given more recommendations from a second staff member on how to dress it up. Needless to say, my only regret is waiting so long to try this place out.

Recommend you dine in to get the full experience. Was checked on by staff twice during my visit. Cannot wait to eat lunch here again!

Love the BLTA on their toasted bread (their pepper bacon is the best and really enjoy the freshly sliced avocado). Friendly staff that always gets my order done quickly, and don’t miss out on getting 1 of their chocolate brownie cookies.

Great promotion for Tax Day with BOGO! Food and service were good, consistent service and quality on each visit I’ve had. I’d recommend if you’re in the area!

Thanks to a coworker who recommended this place. We were in the area and decided to try it. My husband had a sandwich and I had a salad. The service was outstanding! Each person working was so accommodating and thought ahead to help us get out of there with an ice cream cookie sandwich in a plastic salad bowl because she overheard my husband say how messy it was going to be. Problem solved!

Awesome sandwich (the Italian). Great service. Love this place. Owner and staff are super friendly and very welcoming. Very Relaxed atmosphere and a just cool place. I missed the live music but will be back to catch it next time

Why did I wait sooooo long to try this place? Terrific sandwiches. Bread is so good! Hot and fresh. This is going to become a regular for us.

This is simply the best sandwich shop...PERIOD! The food is always fresh and the service is always great! We cater into our business several times a month and they never disappoint. Try them and you’ll become a regular as well.
