Big Boy

Took my grandson there it's been forever since I've been to a Big Boy my grandson 1st experience was awesome and our waitress Brooklyn was amazing

Very nice restaurant with good food. I wish I had noted the name of our server -- she was outstanding! We had a party of eight and she quickly took our orders after informing us of the special deal of free pie with $9.99 or more meal. When arriving with the food she knew exactly who got each order. She kept drinks filled and was generally courteous, helpful, and charming. Really made us feel welcome. Also, with eight people they put us at two booths after removing the center partition so it was like one long table. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed their meals.

We go here quite alot. Staff is always friendly. Food is good. I like the senior breakfast and fish and chips dinner

This is a classic hamburger diner that we stumbled upon at lunch time. My wife and I shared a turkey club sandwich and fries and our friends shared the turkey club wrap. After lunch we also had a slice of strawberry pie for each couple. We were seated quickly, the server attended to us not long after we sat down, and knew the answers to our questions. Our only snag was the server had a difficult time figuring out that we only wanted one order of pie for each couple. No big deal, it was easily cleared up. The place was clean and from the hostess to the server we were treated respectfully and with a smile. It was a nice, quick and decent lunch stop.

Waitress and staff above and beyond intelligent buisness minded and friendly. Didn't eat my turkey as it's processed and a nono on my don't eat list. I expected real turkey, I think it's actually cheaper. They didn't charge me for my it was so nice to see honest people.
If I go back I will stick with a burger.

Haven't been in a Big Boy in quite some time. Breakfast was great, nice atmosphere, friendly crew. Had breakfast 2 days while visiting family and traveling on.Hope we find another.

The staff here is always super nice!
I don't eat much of anything except breakfast here but I've never had any issues with the food.
I do hope they bring back the Michigan apple salad tho. I would get that if I ate lunch. It was really good.
As of April 2024 they have new items on the menu that look really good. Haven't tried them yet.

Slim Jim, onion rings and strawberry pie - what more could a girl ask for!
We are new to the Charlotte MI area and chose Big Boy today for lunch!
Natisha waited on us and made us feel welcome to the area and like family! She was friendly, smiled, and engaged in conversation with us. We will definitely ask for her again at our next visit.

Alyssa was a great waitress & our breakfasts were absolutely delicious!!!! A+

Very nice waitress. Free pie with meal purchase. Easily accommodated our group of 8 by removing the barrier between two booths.

It's always been a good place to take my family for a nice dinner.

Always receive great service and food. It is our go to place to eat out.

Might of been the best burger I've ever had, wasn't expecting it to be that good

Absolutely was an amazing dinner! We got the ham and cheese omelette with hot cakes, cinnamon French toast and French toast with sausage links for our son. Although was not enough for him he ate some of my French toast so next time we will be ordering him his on adult platter for French toast bc he mowed his down. So thank u for a great dinner and amazing tasting food. Keep up the good work.

Came with my grandma after shopping for my daughter's birthday in the area. Never been to this location before and I was delighted. I brought my daughter (who has Autism) and husband the following morning. The food was SO good and the waitress was the sweetest!! I like their way of paying the bill too!! Very convenient!!

Ate here twice while on vacation. The staff is great and the food even better.
