So good! Got the Italian sub but made it hot and the BLT. Both so, so good and you can eat outside in the shade. Will be back.

My wife had a BLT on a croissant roll that was delicious, and filling. The croissant was large not a tiny one.

I had the tri-tip sandwich that was filling with quality meat. I just wished the meat had a touch more flavor, but was still delicious.

Amazing local sandwich shop! It gets very busy around lunch, so don't expect a quick visit. I recommend the Italian sandwich- the pesto is delicious. Or the prosciutto and mozzarella!

This is hands-down my favorite Diablo Valley deli. There are many I haven't tried yet, but that's only because this place keeps us coming back.

For sure Morucci’s is a hidden treasure in Walnut Creek. It is one of the best places to pick up a sandwich but you better get there early or order ahead because it is a popular spot due to the good quality of the menu. I Can not pick a favorite sandwich, they are all really good.

Best deli around! Economically stellar! There is always a line out the door at lunch time when the weather is nice. The line to order moves really fast so stay and be patient. Once you order you get your food quickly.

As far as the deli goes, EVERYTHING is so good! I love a #4 on sliced whole wheat, turkey/cranberry with cream cheese, sprouts, lettuce and tomato and mayo (TRY IT) soooo delish! Also I have had the #16 tri-tip sandwich toasted. The steak is cooked to perfection like at home. I also love how they have EVERY flavor of Kettle chips and diet soda known to man. The dessert pastries are so good that I have to stay away from those. The pecan bar..omg!

Ok my last two recommendations are the macaroni salad (like homemade) and caprese mozzarella/tomato/basil dish are completely addicting too!

Give yourself an extra 15-20 mins to order and enjoy. Covered tables to sit outside.

First time!!! Ordered the #1 Italian. It comes on a perfect ciabatta roll. I went around 10:45 am and there was a small line. I heard the line and wait can get backed up during lunch. I definitely know why! That was a great sandwich. Give it a try. Cannot wait to try another.

Really delicious sandwiches and they are cheap too. There’s usually a long line during the lunch time rush so go around 11 or after 1. The 6 3/4 is my favorite sandwich. Love the balsamic dressing they put on the sandwich. They have a good great selection of the kettle brand chips. I think you can call in orders ahead of time or fax?

Went for the weather in Walnut Creek, stayed for the savory food at Morucci’s. It beats most sandwich shop expectations. The #8 pastrami sandwich was legit 🔥

I love it here! I've been coming here since I was a little kid, I remember the days of lines out the door everyone in town trying to get a taste of this amazing sandwich shop. Although we are in a crisis, they are still here making their sandwiches just as good as ever. The prices are just right, the staff is kind, and it always brings a brightness to my day.

My girls and I love California with avocado added (forgot to are today and was so sad). Delicious kettle chips on the side and an Arnold Palmer make for a delicious lunch! Line seems daunting at times, but be patient and make a friend!

One of a kind local stop for a sandwich that never disappoints! Be prepared to stand in line - not to worry, it moves quickly! Every sandwich I’ve tried has exceeded expectations. Stick to the bread rolls instead of sliced - to avoid any possible dryness. A few of my favorites include avo, sprouts and cheese & tomato mozzarella with Turkey. I ask for both on sourdough rolls!

The staff are actually not friendly at all…borderline rude…indifferent for sure….reading these comments from others visiting other Italian delis (like Genova) this unfriendly theme permeates through…so not sure if they do it as their shtick (like the guys at Geno’s in Philly) or if it is because they have such a huge clientele that they couldn’t be bothered….

Lines are long if you go during lunch hour rush, but not bad if you go early or late.

There is parking upfront as well as behind the building.

Excellent deli, great selection of sandwiches, meats, bread etc Wonderful attentive staff and most importantly the food is amazing!

Every time I visit home I grab a BLT on ciabatta with banana peppers and it makes me feel young again. Great vibes and great sandwiches.

Their Cali club was the best I’ve ever had in my life so far.

First time here but my sandwich, "the natural" on ciabatta was amazing!! And the fresh lemonade is the perfect amount of sweet and tart. Ill be back.

Better go early as they can run out quickly.
