What an amazing staff and experience I had shopping here! I’m so thankful they came to the neighborhood! Some people love to right negative reviews, i don’t believe Kristen for a second and her review… i have been everyday and the staff is and has been beyond consistent and helpful and polite! Welcome to the neighborhood Sheps Marietta ACE!

No point in a hardware store that closes while I’m still at work. Guess Home Depot will still get my money since they actually allow me to shop there.

In response to the reply from the store: you know who else offers online shopping with free shipping? Home Depot, Lowe’s, Amazon, Target, Walmart, and countless other retailers, most of whom have better pricing and wider selection than ACE. Your only competitive advantage is being closer to my house than Home Depot.

The people that are supposed to work in this so called hardware store are not knowledgeable when it comes to anything and when you try to ask a question they act like you’re bothering them. Like a lot of places today the people are just there to get their paycheck and could care less about the customer. Ace corporate needs to close this store!!

They told me that they "do not participate" in the Craftsman warranty.
This despite the large Craftsman sign on the front of the store, and the rows of Craftsman hand tools that they sell that are labeled with the unconditional lifetime warranty.

Go to Home Depot. This feels more like a bodega in a strip mall than an actual hardware store.

I was happy for an ACE near my job.
When they opened, I saw a notice on the door saying they didn't accept cash. If that was temporary, I'll shop there, probably pay in cash, and report back. Otherwise, I'll just wait to get home and shop at my local ACE. That store accepts cash
