Great customer service . I made a reservation online and Yanisha called me immediately. She gave me a tour of the facility. It’s new and clean. The online pricing is accurate no hidden fees. It’s a great value. And great service. Can’t wait to move in

The new Public Storage in Sherman is open and beautiful. Working to help the rents get some stuff out of the house and needed supplies. Dad wasn’t sure they were open, but we saw a car at the office and stopped in to check. The facility was clean and well stocked until after we bought all her supplies - LOL. The new manager was so helpful and kept my father busy discussing her move from the Metroplex and how awesome Sherman is in her transition. We will be back. If you need a well run storage facility or just some tape, don’t hesitate to stop at this new PS.

I do have to say, Kelli is the hardest, nicest, most knowledgeable Storage Manager have had the pleasure working with for the last 15 years. Public has a diamond.
