AJ and Sam went above and beyond for the stripped studs, yes plural, on 2 of our RV tires. They both worked so hard trying to get us 2.new drums and 2 new rims. This location has an excellent service, specially his manager store A.J. And his employees. They take extremely care about your factory or customized rims, avoiding scratch. I requested an appointment at 9:00am for new wheels set for a Mercedes Benz 450GL and AJ told me to come that day at 3:00pm. Effectively at that time got there and the job was satisfactory done in an hour. Thanks To all of you guys. I’m very satisfied and will come back again 👍.

AJ Jimenez was great! We were traveling from out of town & gotten a flat tire. The tire couldn't be saved, but he put the spare tire on for us. They made my family feel right at home. Very friendly service. Thank you so much!

I could not have asked for better customer service from any company! I went in late one evening after work to the Dundee store and Jason helped me. He even spoke to my husband on the phone (who was in Illinois)! He found me 4-19" tires at a reasonable price and they even stayed late the next night to put them on and balance them! I will definitely be doing all my tire business with them! Great customer service! Thanks again!

Ordered tires on Friday and came in on Saturday. Got the call at 10am that the tires came in went down and they put them on and was back home by noon. All the staff was very friendly, and helpful. Experience was great and they definitely earned my repeat business.

Had 2 RV steer tires installed on my moterhome. Arrived at scheduled time. Immediately. Started paperwork and started replacing tires. The entire staff and AJ the manager were very friendly and knowledgeable. They honored the Michelin advantage discount program. Would recommend this dealer.
