H&R Block

The agent we worked with was wonderful. But would I recommend someone to go here based on price? No, to have to pay for further protection and services after paying almost $200 for a basic 1040 is a bit overboard, charge me $200 and I am covered 100% I will be there all day long. I know it is a business thing, but dang, $55 extra, forget it.

I had an issue today with my emerald card. Karen and Robert were so incredibly helpful to fix it. I've been going to this location for many years now. Simply amazing and caring staff!!

We return every year because of the great professional staff. The service was great I just wish there was more incentive for being returning customers. Because there are a lot of options out there, but I have chosen H&R Block for over 10 years. There should be some incentive for customer loyalty and not so much for just new customers. More than just referral bonuses.

I loved being there can't wait to come back

I love H&R very professional and the tax professionals really help you understand how to do your taxes and they offer great advice on what to do for next year great job guys 👌🏽

Because FINALLY the prices are competitive. And my tax preparing was done and explain every step with her showing us on screen. Cristine E. Flom wasthe best ive have in year and certainly made a impression to win me back to HRB.

Very efficient on there end, we ended up needing to be someone else at, and didn't think we would make, our preparer wasn't aware of it, we just let him do his thing and before long we were leaving and everything was explain to us thoroughly.

I was given information in a way that I can understand when my taxes was being processed. It felt like the process went smoothly and my experience felt good. Besides, I don't feel like learning and doing my own taxes.

Because Robert is the only person who been doing my taxes for years no problem n he is a nice gentleman always go extra mile to make everything look simple for your understanding.

The Tax Preparer : Robert Shubert was a comfort to me. He was fast, very knowledgeable and very informative of all my options all while very reassuring!

I had a very enjoyable experience with the wonderful man helping me with my taxes and learned a good amount of info on doing taxes.

Bob was very knowledgeable to my situation and helped get everything straightened out. He truly explained everything step for step.

Everyone I know already has there own tax preparer. However should someone ask me I would most certainly recommend Block and in particular Robbin Stokes!

Really helpful always get stressed out doing stuff like this but I've never met nicer people like them they should get payed more just sayin.
