OTR Driver here. I came here to pick up one of our company empty trailer. Very nice people. Only one empty trailer, it had tire(s) issues, stayed at the empty lot where it was, ran out of hrs due to tires getting replaced. Allowed to stay ovnp. They have a couple three locations in town. Again very truck friendly, just beware due to their operation you cant enter certain facility buildings, ask first.

I'm a farm customer who bought CT equipment for my chicken farm. I give 2 stars b/c their feed lines and drinker lines are better than their competitors'; however, their customer service, parts, computer HW & SW are among the worst in comparison. Their products are expensive and they don't offer customer support as they should in certain areas.
CT controller's HW (i.e. network cards, switch boards, etc.) are very expensive. For instance, a similar network card usually costs $45 while CT network card is $500. How much different can they be? Technologically, not much! They charge extra because they know farmers have no other choice.
Their controller SW are mediocre and often stop working. When contacting them for support, they always pushed me to local auth vendors, who ofc would charge me for their service. Well, if you compare that to buying, per se, QuickBooks from Intuit, would you have to pay extra $ to receive customer support? I don't think so.
CT can and should do a lot better to provide their customers a fair business.
