Antrim Post Office staff are always friendly and helpful. I recently processed a passport application including a new photo without an issue, quick and painless. Mail and packages are always delivered on time by the best mail carriers I've had the pleasure to ever work with.

I have a rural mailbox and quite a few times I have received other people's mail in my box on many occasions. That and other residents have received my mail. They have also opened it and it was very personal and private information from the government, my doctor or my bank.
At least I received some of those papers and letters. There's times that I have been told from different offices that they sent me important mail. And I have never received the mail. And then I lose the possibility of a follow-through on information I am looking for. When I have gone into the post office, on several occasions to purchase money orders... I was told I had to come back the next day cuz it was close to closing and they have already counted the drawers for the money totals. Or that they didn't have enough money. Which to me didn't make sense cuz I was purchasing money orders with a debit card so there would have been no cash transactions.
On a positive note, most of the employees, for the most part are helpful and polite.

I wouldn't trust this office with much more than a postcard. They have lost my wife's passport in the past. And they just sent the original copy of an important legal document to Puerto Rico instead of Concord, NH. Filing yet another service request to have someone else fix yet another error while dealing with this location.

Never had issues with the mail until I came under the service area of this office. I regret taking competent postal workers for granted.

The folks here were always completely horrid at their job. I can't begin to say how many times I had someone else's mail in my PO Box. Its really not that hard to read numbers on an envelope. Not only that, the "manager" of the place, an older guy, really had trouble comprehending that not every website allows you to place orders to a PO box, so occasionally I'd get a call from him acting all huffy and puffy about the fact that I put my personal address instead of the PO Box on an online order. I guess he doesn't order online much so he doesn't know any better but he was rude about it.

Absolutely worthless. Lost my passport application, lost my birth certificate, still took my money. Constantly delivers other people's mail to me. Constantly loses my mail. I don't understand how anyone here has a job.

Would give a -5 star, if I could. Honestly, the worst mail service I have ever experienced. They don't have good customer service, and everyone is always getting the wrong mail. Or mail is not being delivered, and won't be given to you at the post office. Hate this place and the employees don't care enough to do their jobs.
