Even the people on their parking lot are awesome 😃

As a life long resident of Weare I am very familiar with the town PO. I have found the PO team to have done an exceptional job during these difficult times. Our mail service has not been interrupted once. Thanks PO Team Weare NH

Always helpful when I've had to go in for anything and our carriers are great and consistent.

Always polite, helpful, fast. My mail deliver is awesome and is very pleasant.

The staff were knowledable and helpful when I went to apply for a passport.

I have a small business, and send out many packages, which I schedule a pick-up at our house, not mailbox(which is too small). Have had very few issues with drivers.!

The staff is nice and willing to help. Low review score based on locking doors and closing early, if you have a PO Box or need something at close to EOB do not expect that they will be open at the end of the work day.

Where the hell do I even start with this dumpster fire of a "Postal Service"...
For MONTHS my family has been having issue with our driver refusing to deliver our packages. I've even gone in to pick up a package they "failed to deliver" only to also be able to pick up my package that was supposed to be out for delivery that day. While the driver was still out. They managed to fail to deliver said package while I was standing in the Post Office holding the dang thing!
After multiple complaints to the Post Master, our driver continues to be lazy and continues to fail to deliver our packages even when people are home to receive them.

UPS can magically never have any of these issues when they're driving a much bigger vehicle...

In all of the places I've lived this has to be the worst postal service of them all. The amount of screwups and excuses are countless. They make everything so difficult all the time. We were told in moving into our new home where to put our mailbox with the appropriate measurements, then they come back and say it's in the wrong spot, need to move it. Fast forward 3 months and they have a new driver for the day and say they cant deliver our packages, followed by about 3 different excuses as to why. I'm not the only one in town with these issues. They need to take a hard look into how they handle their customer service, because If I could give this zero stars I would.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Constantly having issues with them either not delivering my package to my house or when they do they put my mail under the package so I don't see it and it all blows away. They also don't bother to sort my mail and it always ends up in the business' mailbox next to mine. I've been expecting an important letter and didn't think I'd have to go through someone else's mailbox to get it. Oh and when I bring this up to the Post Master Kelley she fluffs it off and I get attitude from the entire staff when I am there. So as someone else's review said "There's always room for improvement."

Have had my mail dropped everywhere all over road when waiting for a big check. All over neighborhood searching for mail. Have had a package slip put in mailbox saying I wasn't home. I'm an at home mom home all day. Was waiting on packages that said out for delivery for 2 days. Then was told that dog bites are bad and tons of people getting bit so I wouldn't get anything with dog outside. Today my dog has been inside for 4 hours waiting on packages. Normally he shows up at 2p. It's 4p. Wonder what's reason now. I shop through Amazon being an at home disabled mom and this is horrible. My poor kids who have to wait on their new clothes I tell them are going to be getting here. Not to mention waiting to go grocery shopping because packages are "out for delivery". I mean come on.

Lady at the counter was upset she had to scan more then one package and when offered to bring them to the box outside was told I was not allowed to and that it was for their local businesses only. It’s illegal to tell people they can put a package in a mail box you can’t just make up your own rules cause it’s a small town.

Won't deliver packages even though tracking number states have been in the post office for days if I could rate them 0 I would. Not impressed with this post office worst yet.
