They took the time to understand my situation and provide tailored solutions that met my needs perfectly. Not only did they help me resolve my issue quickly, but they also made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I've had good customer service but Jessica (Valley Mall) was by far the best I've had in a while. Her knowledgeable approach to my family's phone plan issues were taken care of without stress. Her patience and attitude in general are over the top. Thank you T-Mobile for hiring the best of the best.

I went to the Harrisonburg, VA located at 215 Resivor Street near Chipotles to purchase my phone with excellent service.
Then I had an accident with my phone causing damage...again Team Mobile took great care of me at that location. Thank you Moe.

I visited this location on August 7th of 2022.Toby acknowledged my presence despite the store being full. When it was my turn she gave me outstanding customer service. She also met and exceeded all my needs. Definitely management material! (hint, hint store manager). Great job Toby!

My sister and I came into the store to set up a plan with two lines. we had a great experience aside from some sim card issues, which was nobody’s fault and Jennifer was so helpful and did everything she could to help us. we were in there for a good while trying to figure out the issue and she was so easy to talk to and was super determined to get the issue resolved. super great customer service, give Jennifer a raise. :)

These guys are awesome and kept me a t-mob customer. Tried to buy a phone at the other T-Mobile store, given wrong info, refused to take even a deposit to hold a phone, wouldn't order one, sent me on a 611 wild goose chase, when I called back for manager. Refused to put me thru. Manager at customer service got Austin to hold a phone, Jennifer set it up, paid cash, and I'm their customer. Day and night. Avoid the dumpster fire next to Kroger. Love this carrier.

Went into the store this morning with my family. We were wanting to switch from AT&T. Micah took care of us while a new employee Jerry was doing some on the job training. Micah went above and beyond with his customer service. Not only hooking us up with new phone service for me and my wife, but got us new Apple watches, a Bluetooth speaker, and a tracker for our sons backpack.
Let me tell you, not only was he professional, knowledgeable, and polite, but he took the time to interact with my two boys. Micah and Jerry talked video games and sports while completing our check out.
If you’re looking for new phone service, internet, tablets, smart devices - stop what you’re doing and head over there immediately! You will not be disappointed!

Very clean place and the team does the work in no time they move quickly helped me out with what I need and they are very understanding when they explain things. Best T mobile I have ever been to be honest.

We love this store! The staff are always kind and very helpful. We always have a great visit. Every time we come in they are always helping us find the best deal or replacing the protective screens. Thank you for always being positive and helpful!

I received very nice service in that store. Viktar and the manager are really helpful and patient, and they are always smiling. My only suggestion is when issue occurs, agents shall rely more on T-mobile technical service.
