Went in today to change over from straight talk. Was about the easiest most pleasant experience if I’m right the person the helped me was named Alexis and did a great job couldn’t of asked for a better experience when dealing with a switch over from another phone provider. 10/10

Edwin was a big help and told me all the deals and stuff very friendly and was able to answer all my questions I think this store is way better then the other one across town

This store does not have a lot of staff. You may want to go some place else if you have limited time.

He said I was acting like a 2 year old and was cussing at me. He gave me a whole lecture for no reason. He said I was really picking bc I did not want a android. He put the camera on me without my permision so worst experience ever. I would be better off getting a phone from Walmart

Absolutely the worst provider around. Sales representative isn't even trained properly or fully. District manager won't talk to any customers with issues. After customer service has noted the account with the solution, they refuse to honor them. By far the biggest waste of money and time. You would be better off going to the post office and mailing a letter to the person you wish to contact. They will sell you a device know the whole line is junk and then once you return to the store for device issues because 611 tells you to for replacement of device with upgrade, you will be informed there's is nothing they are willing to do except call the law. Complete joke and no one's laughing in the end.
