Came by to pick up meds pharmacy said 20 minutes came back an hour and a half later still wasn't ready pharmacy said 10 minutes told me they would text me when the prescription was ready I've been here approximately 35 to 40 minutes when they told me 10 minutes and I'm still waiting for this prescription

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for 7 years and they have always been exceptional.

Now I don’t know what happened in the last 5 days, but none of the previous pharmacy employees are working here anymore.

They used to be open M-F 8:00-8:00 and Saturday and Sunday they were open from 9:00-6:00

NOW, they are only open M-F from 10:00-6:00 and CLOSED ON THE WEEKENDS.

What’s worse is, you can now only pick up your prescription through the drive thru. I’m here right now, I got here at 5pm and the line is wrapped around the building, with cars only moving every 8-10min

Will DEFINITELY be moving my prescriptions!

I have no idea what's happened to this pharmacy but it's completely fallen apart. Medication is never filled on time, long wait times, and can't ever get through to anyone
