Grand Prix Collision Repair

Had the opportunity to do business with Grand Prix twice now in the past 2 months and both times I've been very impressed and satisfied with the way business is handled by Jake. 1st they repaired my tailgate on my 2021 Tundra and then I put my rock crawler on her side and needed body work on the driver's side and a new hood with paint match to 29 yr old original paint and Tony and his crew nailed it. Very pleased with both experiences.

Very professional and reasonable guys, you can count on them to get the job done.
Needed my aftermarket bumper painted and they are the only ones of 5 different shops that would do it.
A year and a half later I noticed the paint chipping away and they stood by their word and warrantied it out and fixed the paint fast. Very trustworthy business, definitely recommend.

Had our car repaired at Grand Prix Collision after we hit something on the freeway that broke part of the front bumper and the radiator. Jake was very kind to assist us all the way with top notch customer service. They fixed what needs to be fixed and even installed fog lamps that we brought in. We highly recommend Grand Prix Collision.

I had to take my vehicle in for a bumper replacement due to an accident. The other parties Insurance didn’t have a preferred shop in my area so I had to find a shop to take it to. I was going to make an appointment for repairs with Service Kings however their reviews made me second guess myself. I looked up nearby shops and Grand Prix had the best reviews. Because of the reviews, I felt my car would be in the best car with them. I am glad I went with them. I spoke with Jake a lot throughout the process and he was very kind and communicative with me and the insurance. They also did a great job on my repairs. My vehicle looks brand new. They repaired my vehicle in a reasonable timeframe considering covid has delayed a lot of things as it is. Overall I was very happy with their service.

Jake was great to work with, he kept me updated on the progress of my car and answered my questions since this was my first accident. My car looks great, thank you!

I had to have my front bumper replaced because of an accident and it honestly looks better now then it did before the accident! Jake was super awesome with keeping me up to date on everything that was happening with the repair. Overall it took about 6 weeks to get in parts and fix but for the quality and service it was 1000% worth the wait!

Jake would call me to let me know what was going on and he was helpful taking care of my damages with the insurance.

Guys did what they said they would do, for the price they promised, in the time frame promised. See attached before and after pictures. Jake's attitude and mindset towards the customer was impressive

From start to finish Grand Prix Collision Repair was amazing. I was in a fender bender and was rearened. You would never know after Grand Prix worked on my car. Repair and paint are perfect. That being said I am a firm believer in customer service. It's generally why I pick to do business at certain places. Jake at Grand Prix provided me with the best customer service I think I've ever had. He stayed in touch with updates on timing by phone calls and texts through out the entire process. Including before I even dropped my car off (the night before). I've never experienced that. He was always informative, professional, and very friendly. I will be returning here for sure. We are new to Arizona and needed reliable and fast repair of one of our cars due to a hit and run. Jake took great care of me and didn’t give me the typical “women treatment/run-around” like so many other shops do/did. I truly appreciated that and his friendliness and accommodations for all of my questions was exceptional. The warranty on their excellent work is much appreciated as well! Went to Grand Prix for an estimate. Jake is super nice and he’s such a great help!! I went in a on Thursday and they got me in the following Monday! Work was done within 4 days and it looked exceptional! Definitely recommend and will be telling my friends about this place!

This place was absolutely amazing!! They took care of me from the very beginning. After having problems with previous car shops they exceeded my expectations and got my car serviced even quicker than I expected!! I would recommend this place to anyone all over the valley as I came from Glendale to get my Corolla worked on. Jake, their front guy, went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. Everything about this place was a 5 star rating.

My family and I have taken our cars here many times, and I am blown away by the work every time. I have tried other places (I moved away for a bit) and nobody compares. They do an awesome job, keep you up to date, finish quickly, have reasonable prices, and guarantee their work. The last time I took my car there they greeted me by name, they set up my rental car for me, finished 5 days early, and even fixed a chip in my paint that wasn't from the accident for free! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else and I highly recommend Grand Prix collision.

I highly recommend this business. I was involved in an accident driving our Ford Edge, and we decided to use the services of Grand Prix Auto. My husband received a quote from Jake and we were told they would need about 10 days notice if and when we decided to have the work done. We have been dealing with the headaches of the insurance company for three months so it was a huge relief to deal with a business that actually provided the service they promised. We booked the appointment with Grand Prix and were told the work would take three days. They were true to their word, and they did an excellent job on the repair. I couldn't have been more pleased with their work.

I took my Honda accord in for side damage repair. Jake gave me a good appraisal and his shop did superior work. They completed the work on time and it looked like new. Highly recommend this shop.

They did a great job on my vehicle and they did it fast. Dropped it off on a Wednesday and had it back by Friday. I highly recommend Jake and the crew. Five star service without a doubt. I got quotes from Service King, Caliber Collision and Estrella Collision and Grand Prix was the lowest and fastest. Estrella was a little more (second lowest among the 4 quotes I got) and they required an entire week. Service King was twice as much and Caliber came in third price wise.
