Office staff is great at this location. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars. Despite different office staff ladies telling the owner the air is out numerous times, it has not been fixed. This has been broken for several months!! I’m paying for climate control and not getting it. This is a failure on the owner not getting it fixed!!

Would not recommend using this company for storage. I chose climate controlled storage because I had furniture and other items I wanted to be on an air conditioned environment. The AC stopped working in the middle of the summer and the storage unit is unbearably hot. I voiced concerned to the office and nothing has been done in over three months.

It is also almost impossible to get to my storage unit as it it down a hill where the driveway is literally falling apart. Anything larger than a mid sized car would have trouble getting down there.

Bad service, bad condition. Would not use
