EDIT: I get it now. Usually there’s just one cashier, so lines are confusing. This particular day, there were two cashiers and the line apparently was three aisles over and went to the back wall. The only ones that knew where the lines were happened to be the cashiers. They shared it with no one. I don’t want to assume anything. But I wasn’t trying to be the smartest person in the room. I was trying to get something to eat. That did not happen.

Not sure why people are complaining. There are different types of gas. Read before you assume. I’ve always seen food available, so I don’t know what that’s about either. The pizza is actually decent.

I almost hate leaving only 2 stars because the store is always clean and the employees are wonderful but they really need more help. The lines are wrapped around the store in the mornings with only one person running the register. I don’t think I’ve ever been waiting in a line that long at a gas station.

UPDATE: Walked in today with 2 ladies working the register which was a sigh of relief due to being busy (which is normal in the morning). They also had a variety of breakfast ready which if you haven’t tried the burrito it’s a must! I can’t speak highly enough of the ladies that work in there!

I'm not sure what's up with Zach G. Obviously the dude has never been to this location. I've had nothing but wonderful service and absolutely nothing wrong with the food. I've been on crutches for the last few months and a cook even ran to the door to open it for me on their smoke break.I know its a new location and they're still in the figuring s out phase but come the heck on I think their employees (at least the ones I've come across) are awesome. Service 10/5.

Daytime staff are super nice but the managers seem kind of unfriendly and from my own retail experience I can say any faults you see in the store are more then likely from lackluster management/corporate so don’t take your frustration out on the cashiers. Rissa is my favorite tho she’s awesome

Their shelves have been kinda empty lately, however their food is awesome!

Personally I love Casey’s and Casey’s pizza and food. I’ve never had a bad experience especially when the store first opened, I started going to the Huber store and came back to not recognize non of the employees I use to know and that use to know what us regulars loved. I work mornings so perfect , I’ve been coming the last couple of days. No food in the warmers… I’m not one to complain or be that type of person, no one is wearing name tags so I don’t know names so pardon me . The black lady who works in the kitchen in the morning is always on her phone In the back you have to ask her to make some food.. it wasn’t busy when I was in there so what is the excuse for not stocking the warmers.. I was late to work waiting for my order while it was cooking she went outside and was smoking and talking to coworkers… afterwards I found hair in my food therefore I didn’t want it anymore, what a waste of time? No disrespect to her it didn’t look like her hair to be fair but I’ve been in Fairborn the last couple of days and what a surprise! Today I went in around 7-ISH and the warmers was stocked with variety of foods, the lady with the purple hair was so sweet. Thank you to her for being so sweet and making her pizzas in the back.

This Casey’s is reliably the most competitive station when it comes to gas prices. But the pumps are always out of paper for the receipt and I constantly hear customers coming out of the store complaining about the service. The only time I chose to go in and get my receipt they had one cashier and 6 people in line. The store was also a bit of a mess. Tighten things up management.

I want to warn everyone who pours diesel at this pump, with a personal fuel card, that they can be scammed.
with the my fuel card the price diesel was 3.75, and the price with regular cards was 4.29
they issued me two bills for the regular one and for my fuel card, and you can see on my bill that I had poured 16 gallons more

the price is the same on both accounts, but it should actually be $58 less

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app for pickup at store. When I went to pick up at the designated time I was told no pizzas and that worker had to go to Beavercreek instead. They proceeded to tell me to come back in an hour and see if I could get pizzas then. Worker walked away and I won't be ordering any pizzas from them ever again.

Gas prices are misquoted by 15¢.
The pumps have the word super written in sharpie underneath. I suspect they’re trying to bully the Mobil across the street out of business. 😤
