Big Lots

Well equipped stores with a great selection of foreign goods. Reasonable prices. Staff friendly courteous and not in the way of shoppers. Clean restroom!.

This is one of my favorite stores to go to any more this location has great variety and amazing prices as they should being big lots. This location has a very inclusive good department, nice furniture and bed sets, and awesome electronics.

Went to the store off 208 in Fredericksburg today. I haven’t been to that location in a long time because it used to be messy and dirty. I was very happy to see you today. The store was very clean and organized. Today I got a few things and asked about a display item which was the last one, and they willingly sold it to me without any issues. All the employees were very nice and willing to help. The manager, Tony got the display item and boxed it up for me. I understand it is under new management and kudos to them for doing a good job on cleaning up the store, I am impressed and will return.

We were impressed with the store layout and the products available. The store was very clean and in order. The staff were very friendly. I highly recommend this location!

Another one of my favorite spots to shop. Always good sales here.

Awesome customer service! There was only a cashier and another gentleman working at 11 on a Saturday. Insane staffing levels! But they were the kindest two and hustling to get my furniture and wait on other customers too. They were great, talk about teamwork. Both deserve a bonus or something.

Plenty of parking. This Big Lots is one of the best locations I have seen for furniture and other home furnishings. The aisles for personal items, gift items, and groceries are in the back. Take your time to walk up and down each aisle to make sure you find the deals. If you see something... buy it, because it won't necessarily be there the next time you shop in the store.

Visited this store tonight and the staff there was so nice. They were extremely helpful. Morgan you rock and I didn't catch the older ladies name but she was just as sweet. Thanks again Morgan! Your store rocks!!!

Love the young lady who help me and my fiancee as soon as we walked in and she greeted us. She was working so hard to get answers for some furniture items we asked about. Great heart and customer service 👏🏼

Have been in a few Big Lots before an I must say this one was the most clean, organized and stocked Big Lots I have ever been in!!! Good Job! Also has friendly employees another plus for this location.

Very good service at store in Laurel, Maryland. Manager is always helpful with large furniture purchases and offering delivery options. Excellent management.

The items are wonderfully displayed. Associates came asked to help if you needed any help. The prices an sale items are great along with there rewards cards.

I love big lots ,but if they put price labels on products we may buy more.
