Have had my family of ten's prescriptions filled here for twelve years...This is a terrific pharmacy that takes care of its customers and provides quality care. Accurate work. Non prescription product lines complete.

Floor and pharmacy staffs have greatly improved over the years ... friendly and helpful. Always glad to help me find a product, if needed.

I've been going to this CVS since I can remember going on like 15 years I think? I can see where the bad reviews come from but I think the problem is them being understaffed. The people here have always been SO NICE to me and if there is an issue they always do thier best to resolve it. I wish I had thier name but there is a person who works in the pharmacy with a barbel septum ring and they are sweetest person. Everytime I come in they're extremely helpful and very empathetic to fact that I don't have a lot of money. This person goes above and beyond to assist me each time. I really hope they can get the recognition they deserve. Bottom line is that the employees make this place worth coming to. I understand how understaffed they are and they have never taken it out on me whereas other CVS locations I cannot say the same.

I've used this cvs for yrs! They're greater now than ever! The staff is polite and helpful...rare achievement! They have finally built a team that isn't negative or argumentative with the customers. The bad eggs have moved on and it shows in the staffs customer service level.

I usually can rely on this CVS location to have the items I specifically buy from CVS available for purchase. You would expect the larger stores, the one by the Mary Washington Hospital, etc. to have what I need - Nope! I rely on this location, they're the best!

Great service. Very attentive to my needs.

I'm not sure if it's all CVS locations or just this one but I really don't sense any urgency from the pharmacy technicians to get people's prescriptions filled in a timely manner. Today my doctor put in my refill at 11:30 a.m. and it is just now ready at 4:00 p.m.. I don't know why it takes so long to put 14 strips inside of a jar but I don't appreciate being sick waiting on my medicine. You guys need to stop dragging your feet and start getting people's prescriptions filled in a timely manner! Please do better.

So me and my cousin came to CVS to print some of my grandmothers photos out, we came in around 8:45pm and placed our order through the Kodak machine they have. I kid you not, as soon as the cashier up front saw us placing our order, she stopped what she did and quickly came to place her order on the Kodak next to us. She left her ticket on top of the printer which said 133 PHOTOS! It has not stop printing photos for the last 20 minutes. And it is more than obvious that it is at least 300+ photos. A part from that, she purposefully took off her name tag and she is still on the clock!!!! Aren’t customers supposed to come first? Plus she saw us using it as well and still decided to put in her HUGE order 😂 Thankfully, Mary, another employee, was super nice and friendly enough to help us and turned on the other machine for us. She even gave us a discount for the inconvenience without us even asking for it. She was super helpful 💕

I went in to get my prescriptions filled and there was a lady named Valerie at the drop off counter on the computer, she looked at me and then went right back to the computer. I waited a few minutes for her to finally get off the computer and when she did, she was very rude and not helpful at all. She had a really bad attitude, and acted like i was a burden on her. I will not come back to this pharmacy because of her.

Don't use this pharmacy. I walked in at 7 pm to get my child's medication and the doctor and staff walked past me smiling stating that they were closed. Then they said you can try a 24 hour location. When I reached out to the 24 hour pharmacy they said that they could not open the prescription because they already started processing it. Why would you start something that you did not plan to finish?But they are telling me that the prescription is locked into my insurance and if I get it at the 24 Jr location then I would have to pay the full price. This place is a joke and a scam trying to force you to do business with them when the service is terrible!
