SO HAPPY OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE 10 out of 10. It was my First time at the Cosmetic Warehouse store. I was treated with kindness and was helped by Keyana, I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was extremely professional, She answered all my questions and I learned a little about the company. Would Definitely recommend this location to friends and family. The store was extremely clean and organized. Thank you again Keyana for your patience and kindness. God Bless sincerely Leonard. Ps. I am latino and was treated with kindness. This is the best of The Costmatic Factory in GA . Very friendly and helpful. Misty the store manager is very friendly. Unlike other Woodstock and dawsonville stores the staffs make me feel like I am bother them, rude and unfriendly.

I visited this store, ı am not sure about the name of the lady but she was so rude, didn’t help me at all and obviously she had another friend who she wanted to sell products to , to sell on amazon so she allowed her to scan products but not me! This is discrimination!

I looked up the store and it showed up as open. I drive all the way and they are closed. This is the second time I have come here. They finally have a sign on the door with their hours. They are closed on Tuesday and Wednesday. Frustrated and burned gas for nothing
