Very very great customer service and very friendly people

Went in for just a power cord for my xbox one series s, o had ordered it online, so when I got there I was told they had just sold the last one and I should have been refunded, was told Hudson Bridge had one, BUT what surprised me was the fact that as I was getting in my car, the employee Dylan came out and just handed me a cord, said he didn't want me to have to drive all the way there...even though the cord doesn't really cost much, it was the consideration that won me over, hands down a great experience from a business I haven't had in many others.

By far the best GameStop on the south side. Oscar is a customer oriented manager who ensures his customers will want to come back. His discerning hiring ensures all of his employees convey that same customer-first attitude. Something that this staff can do that unfortunately not all GameStop employees can, is talk to you about games in a gaming specialty shop. This seems like an obvious idea, but again, not all managers/employees are created equal. The store is easily accessible, good parking, with a clean and easy to maneuver interior. The inventory of figures and apparel is always changing. Keep up the good work LG GameStop.

This GameStop is awesome! Liz has been so helpful in helping me find Pokémon cards and it’s easy to tell she takes pride in her job. She definitely deserves a promotion. Above and beyond with her costumer service!

The guys who work here are very knowledgeable and very patient. We always seem to come in when Carl is working and must say that he has wonderful customer service and awesome patience! He is always very patient with my son who is 10 and asks a ton of questions. I highly recommend this GameStop!

Dylan is super knowledgeable and always friendly and this store has a great assortment of collectibles that I haven't found at other locations in the area.

Very professional and friendly. Received help straight through the door. Store was clean and organized. Even my daughter's told me they want to come back to this Gamestop whenever we need to return.

I have two boys so I practically live at this store. The employees are always helpful and friendly (Oscar is especially awesome :-)

As always the Locust Grove GameStop crew were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. If you're looking for a home store for your video game needs, this location is a great one to choose.
