Manager was amazing. Even tho I personally didn't talk to him my child's father and his brother did. He was super friendly and helpful. Need more people like that will deff go back if I'm in the area again.

Nick in the bike department went above and beyond and took care of a faulty bike pedal that was put on wrong by another store. He took the time to check the bike over completely angain and restored confidence in our decision to purchase from them. Great service!

Friendly workers and decent prices when things are on sale .

My husband and I were looking for a particular pair of shoes for our grandson’s birthday. We had already been to several stores with no luck when we decided to try Dicks’s on Westport Rd. They didn’t have them either, but Andrew without our asking went to work to find them. He ended up ordering them for us to be delivered to the house. Best customer service we have had anywhere in a long time! Thank you Andrew!

Has everything you will need. And I got Nike soccer cleats for only 30 dollars. Workers are amazing, they wouldn’t stop working for us until we were satisfied. I 100 percent recommend it.

Bought a pair of work boots for $109. They had a great coupon online for $20 off, if you spend $100. Doesn't get any better.

Jim in the Pro Shop did an amazing job regripping my irons and turned them around very quickly. He was also very personable and knowledgeable when it comes to golf.

Always ask if you need help, and cashiers are nice and try to make small talk. All around nice place, and they have nice people.
