They had everything we were looking for plus good sales and we used coupons. Self check out was easy. Lots of Christmas stuff left at 75% off

I went in to look for puzzle glue a half hour before closing and the only girl in the store took the time to suggest and help me. Great service!

My granddaughter is learning how to knit. So, where did I go? Michael's, of course.
For a bonus, the yarn was on sale.

Artist heaven! Michaels teams up with Fuel The Arts and we offer shopping sprees for young artists. They work well with us, let us in early, and have lot of fun! Great store and great staff

Wow....just Wow. First time coming here I was overwhelmed by the amount of crafts and decorations here. I ended up not getting anything because I need to put together a well thought shopping trip! Will be returning!

Always great here and everyone is so helpful they are never pushy at closing time which for me is very important as I struggle with anxiety, so, often times the best time for me to be in stores is late evening when not many other people are in the store. I find many stores are extremely pushy to get you out even as far as claiming they are closed as much as 10 minutes before they actually close. I understand everyone wants to get home but they could be a little kinder in how they approach customers not be rude and just about shove you out. Thank you Michael's for NOT being that way towards customers and letting them finish up their shopping. I will always appreciate you.

What a fantastic dinner we had! The food and service was excellent! I hadn't been there for a few years and it was just as nice as remembered!
We were there on an overcast day and lights in the trees were lovely. The Edison style lights on the porch would have been great, too ... if they'd been on!

Great sales!!!! My cashier was amazing!!! Very excited, helped me save money, helped me with the app and had such a contagious smile!!!! I work at hannafords so I know all about customer service and it’s difficult sometimes but she killed it!!! I think her name was ines or ires? My apologies but she was great, thanks so much love!!!!

Love this store! So many different craft supplies! From cricket supplies, beading/jewelry making, leather work, yarn,sewing,drawing,painting,clay, home decorating, baking to miniature, and doll house making with accessories. And so much more! Plus there a reward system!

New store very nice

I bought a frame and needed a mat to go around a picture verse for my son.
I was helped by a very knowledgeable young lady who knew exactly what I needed. She took measurements and took her time and explained the process. She said it would take 2 days. I got the call in 2 days. The picture and the mats look smazing!!

Came into the store and found all of the crafting supplies I needed. The associate at the check out was amazing. She was not only polite but was very engaged with our conversation about what I was up to in my crafting Ideas. The Christmas singing was an extra. Thanks for a great experience!😌

First time here, got exactly what I needed to scratch that crafty itch. I ended up making a really cool bead necklace. The beads were so cool, I could easily resell what I created!

great store. unfortunately understaffed a lot but the staff are very nice and try their best. they are good at keeping the store organized and clean.
