Love this place. As a newbie who has lots of questions, they are helpful and friendly, and I don't feel dumb when coming in here. They have a decent selection and something for everyone. It's a bit of a smaller shop, so it's a little cramped at times, but honestly, the vibe is nice, and the workers are amazing, so I highly recommend.

Love this place. The employees are friendly and the atmosphere doesn’t remind you of an Apple Store. Great prices and usually have multiple deals. I will greatly miss this place since I have moved across country.

Great place and great service. Being open in the morning and at night is very convenient. Always plenty of deals to get the most out of my $$$.

Had to stop by here for the first time to pick up an order for my sister that she placed online and since you can't use a card to purchase cannabis the order is set aside for you to pay cash in person after showing your i.d. My first impression of the store was good they check your ID at the door you lower your mask for 1/2 a second for the camera and then a large counter is in the middle against the far wall with flower, and concentrates on the left side and what appeared to be edibles on the right side. I stuck to the left side and got a little something for myself and picked up my sisters online order. They had so many employees all being proactive and helping customers that the whole process was quick and easy and they had really good prices also! I will definitely come here again In the near future nothing but good things to say. Highly recommend The Vault for anyone looking for a good recreational store.

Everyone is so nice and helpful. They will take the time to explain things to you and make sure you are getting what you want.

02/16/24 Update: Ultimatly, I did go back and give the business another chance. The issues I was having did stop. It is a very popular store. The staff are still friendly and the store does carry a great selection. I am adjusting my review from 3/5 stars to 5/5 stars.

They get 3 stars because staff is friendly and selection is great. I would really like to give them 5 stars but I typically order online and EVERYTIME my order is wrong or missing. I emailed regarding my frustration and no one responded.

I have been coming here for a while and they recently remodeled. I think they have a wide selection, consistently decent prices, and their display case setup lets me browse without bothering people doing transactions.

I have only dealt with staff familiar with the product. The transactions tend to be fairly swift too once I get my order together.

I'm going to keep going here!

I got an honest ounce for $30.00 today of blue dream from the vault collection case. 26% thc. A decade ago this quality would go for ten times that amount without exaggerating. Not that I would know because I have never done anything illegal, that said I actually know exactly what I am talking about.

The staff is as good as you could ask for and they don't play loud music that disorients you and that's something I truly appreciate .

I needed to buy Fairwinds Flow salve for my dog's joints and skin. No pet store had it. A young woman near the door greeted me and confirmed that they still had some in stock. She led me to the package and confirmed it was it a cash only store. Luckily, they have two ATMs inside the store. Excellent service. My dog's joints are shrinking already.
