Great service polite with a SMILE! Tasty iced latte with sweetness all the way thru not just on the bottom. They had PLAIN donuts which I love. Would prefer crullers but no one makes those any more. Thanks for a great store near my house!

They were open later than everywhere else around and the staff was So polite and helpful even though we came really close to closing time. Denzel was super friendly. Would definitely come back to this location

Perfectly toasted bagel with just a little bit of butter, as I had requested. Good coffee & good service. Employees appear to actually care about the customer's order. They don't look totally disinterested as is the case at most Dunkin' Donuts shops I have been to!

I absolutely LOVE this Dunkin! Yesterday, I went to a nearby Dunkin (Pawcatuck off of rt 2) and they handed me an iced coffee that wasn’t even close to my order. This Dunkin is pretty close by so I ran up to that one and told them what happened. Without any hesitation, even though the original coffee wasn’t from their store, they gave me a new one FOR FREE! I wish I had gotten their names so I could mention them here specifically. Thank you so so so much to this Dunkin y’all are awesome!

Great variety of good tasting food. Comparable pricing. Drive through personnel were attentive and efficient. Went for breakfast. The location was clean and the yard well manicured. Great experience.

I don't normally give 5 stars to anyone but they deserve it! Ive worked at Dunkin before (not this store) and this was the best well run set up i have seen! Every employee had a specific job and it just worked!!! Best coffee Ive had in months! Honestly I was about to give up on my coffee because it was NEVER made right from any Dunkin I went to. Way to go guys!!!!

As some service..clean store, friendly and quick! Excellent service friendly and attentive staff who remember your name and drink of choice making it a personal experience. Very clean and located on route to the beaches, foxwoods and its open 24 hours!

Always see people cleaning and working. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Love coming here am a local and the people in there make us feel great going in or thru the drive thru. They remember your orders and take pride in doing the great job they do. At least for me.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Pleasant staff, speedy service, and excellent coffee.

After being re-routed on my way home due to the 95 north highway ramp being closed. I decided to stop at this Dunkin donuts for a hot cup of tea. While ordering, I noticed the vanilla cream doughnut. I had asked if it was more like a frosting or more like a pudding inside like Thor old Bavarian cream doughnuts they used to carry. Unfortunately it was frosting and mentioned that I I missed the old Bavarian cream donuts. The employee (Sarah) said that she had extra shells in the back and would be more than happy to fill it with the vanilla pudding for me if I would like. I immediately obliged and said thank you very much. Sarah truly made my day, With this small act of kindness. Thank, you're one in a million.

Quick service and good food and coffee.

This particular Dunkin Donuts is convenient to Foxwoods and I was treated very well by the staff here. Comfortable and not rushed like the other site in Preston.

The person taking my order was very nice. And they didnt take long to make my iced coffee. And it was nice and quiet

It was a very pleasant experience. The young lady who helped us was very nice and cheerful and made our experience most excellent.

Drive thru was fast and accurate and only 5 minutes from I 95
