Shoreline Prime Meats & Deli

Great experience as always. I usually come to Shoreline for the Steak and Cheese. Theresa made me a Reuben sandwich today and it was amazing! She was super friendly and the sandwich was excellent. Can't wait to come back.

I ordered the special, a hot roast beef on a hard roll made by Theresa and it was AMAZING!!! She craftedone if the best sandwichs ives ever had!!!

I just have the timber island on a wrap and this guys did an amazing job with that meal thank you very much. I highly recommend this place

Hands down the best specialty butcher in Connecticut. I can always count on them for quality meats. I've also used them for catering and everyone loves their food.

Premium quality butcher with the best quality cuts, friendly staff, SUPER clean storefront. They even have specialty cuts for special occasions like grey corned beef for St. Patty's, prime rib for Christmas, etc. They even have a rewards program. It can be a little pricey, but you're getting a quality product that is light years above most local restaurants. To pay like 70% less than a high end steakhouse but get just as good, or better cuts and do it yourself? Man, it's so worth it. I drive, and continue to, from West Haven just to go here. They're the best. And their fresh deli sandwiches and food truck are fantastic too!

Class act establishment. My wife, toddler and I were stranded in front after car accident that left our vehicle disabled. While we waited for our pick up, the owner and employees treated us like family. Incredibly attentive and good hearted. Would like to add that they have a wonderful gourmet food selection and our sandwiches were absolutely delicious.

By far the BEST deli and market on the shoreline!!! The prepared food is always fresh and beyond amazing! Staff is professional, Friendly and courteous! Barbara is a ray of sunshine! I can always count on a warm friendly personal greeting by name with a big giant smile! and her cooking is beyond words! Her chicken cutlets are out of this world!
All of the staff from the butchers to the cashier are always friendly and efficient!

I couldn’t ask for a more fantastic butcher shop then shoreline prime in Branford CT.. First the service is fantastic the meats are all delicious and the butchers will always advise you with your questions. There cooked foods are to die for and the salad are all freshly made . You really pay for what you get. The place is immaculate from the butchers deli fast food sandwiches subs to the check out all wonderful accommodating staff. We purchased for the first time tomahawk steaks I never in my life taste just a delicious piece I’d steak in my life tender great choice we will definitely buy them again Thank you for showing my son those wonderful steaks they were worth every bit of what we paid.

It's probably the best butcher/deli in CT. Excellent customer service and amazing food.

Update 2023: The service and quality of the products are unchanged and unmatched. Just picked up three tri-tips, and they're absolutely perfect.

Had a really good sandwich, roast beef and turkey wrap. Meats were very fresh. Delicious. Service was pretty friendly. I ate in the back and the deli seemed quiet, clean and pleasant. I will be back.

The steak tip grinder special here IS LEGENDARY. The meats here served are only the highest quality and prepared by very skill chefs in my opinion. They take great care with your order and it's always packed so that factors into a little wait but if you hold out I promise you one of the best sandwiches / deli products in Connecticut for sure

I bought Teriyaki steak tips. A little more than I wanted to spend but after cooking them so worth it. Tender & full of flavor. Delicious. I work hard & I'm worth a little more. Perfect Anniversary dinner.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. They will cook you anything to order and cater to any food need! The brisket burgers are our absolute favorite. They also carry lots of unexpected things to make it a one stop shop (Tp, spices, veggies, milk etc)

Always get great service, advice on best way to cook things, but more importantly the cuts of meats are the best. I have NEVER gotten a bad piece of meat.

Butchers are expensive, but this one offers higher quality steaks from local Connecticut farms than others at better prices. My favorite place to go if I'm treating myself. Excellent beef!
