I live in Midland and have for many many years. I like this place. Despite what the others may say. You can't judge the entire store just off of one interaction with one store worker just like you can't judge a majority because of one person being rude to you. you can order cookies its easy just be nice to them don't demand anything just be nice and they'll treat you with the same respect you give them. P.S This store is usually open at night when others close so if you want cookies or some hot food just call ahead of time doing that prevents you from waiting too long just some advice if applicable. Cheers.

Bricks on soda is off, machine was warm, could be cleaner.

None of the pumps were working. I have a stack of gas cards for ampm and had to go waaaaay out of my way to get gas. There were only 2 pumps that had any form of "Out of Order" signs displayed.

Lady behind the counter was very combative and aggressive with a customer. I was inside purchasing drinks while my wife pumped gas. A black man came in having issues with the pump and said he was on pump 1. The lady stated he said pump 4, and argued with him. At one point she raised her voice and said next time he shouldn't be on his phone. He had an accent and was wearing a mask so who knows what was heard/said. He asked what happened to his money and all she said is "It's gone". She made no effort to help or find a solution. She was just combative and rude. Fortunately it was my wife on pump 4 and she got cancel when she saw money on the pump.

Please train your employees to look for solutions and help not be combative and rude

Gas is fair.

The lady that works the night graveyard shift is absolutely horrible she told me friend he can not come back to the store because he took to long. She rushes every one out after they wait what seems like forever for her to open the door even though she looks right at you, she accuses people of stealing even though they have receipts, she is horrible!!!!! ARCO BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER NOW!!!

Janelle. Night worker. 2am Thursday 2/9. Came for gas and a snack...and she unlocks the door and says "you have to hurry up I have food to cook".... Wow
Attitude from the start. Unbeknownst to us, she locked the door behind us, yes locking us in. After checking out, she kept saying "the door stays locked" whatever that means. My bf gets to the door and there is a key in it, confused as to why we were locked inside to begin with, he unlocks it to leave and then she said, "you can't come back here".... we are both bewildered and offended.
She closed a 24hr store and rushed customers in a disrespectful way.. Trying is like we are inconveniencing her when we are part of her job! Very rudely, without our knowledge locks us inside and expects us to be okay with it, especially without telling us. Then proceeds to kicks us out after we let ourselves out. I'm sorry I don't want to be locked in her store, under her conditions!
I understand she may have trouble at that location but that doesn't give her the right to treat customers so disrespectful and criminal.
I'm a compassionate person. I really put myself in others shoes. But how she treated us from the start, is unacceptable.

Litterally waiting at front no one in store but two employees and me and they choose to keep sweeping and playing with the chip bags like do your job there's two of you

Bought a 2 liter and it expired over 4 months ago. Also the store has rats running around the back of it so I’m sure they’re inside too

So i just called this store to find out if they had the new $5 crossword scratch ticket that just came out at their store yet. The phone was answered by a young woman named Brandy. The conversation went as such:
BRANDY: thank you for calling ampm this is Brandy
ME: Hi Brandy i have a question did you guys get the new $5 crossword scratch ticket there yet?
BRANDY: Um we have a machine and the manager loads it in the morning so i have no idea
ME: OK well isnt the machine just right there?
BRANDY: well don't you have to put money in to see what's in it?
ME: No you just have to tap on it.
BRANDY: ok let me explain something to you. There is someone using it and I'm not gonna go over there and tap on it.
ME: Ok thanks
Then i hung up the phone. Its really unbelievable how blatantly rude she was to me for absolutely No reason. Or that anyone would employ such a rude person especially in a customer service position. FYI there is another gas station right across the street where they wont be rude to you and also a little convenient store around the corner. Brandy i am really sorry that you are such a miserable person you feel the need to be rude to complete strangers and lose the owner of that store paying customers. But if you hate your job that much than you should probably look into getting a job outside of customer service. You go girl 👍

It’s amazing that this dump is even open at all the ladie that works evening shift is incredible rude. Never will I return

If there was a no star option that's the one I would pick that was the worst sevives iv ever had the lady ways being so rude to me I walked out with out even getting the stuff i was planning on will never go back and will tell everyone to stay away
