Very clean and professional. I use cream and tincture for back pain. My first time trying this. Serena was very knowledgeable!! I explained my problems and she made great recommendations. This is cash only but an ATM is on site. Cream went to work immediately!

Let's just say this is my primary dispensary. The staff are wonderful and they've had great sales. There's even a deal for showing up after 10pm. My timing has been good so I've only seen it get busy once or twice but usually it's a pretty casual (talk to the budtender) kinda experience but it depends what time you go.

Lovely service but the lighters will easily break if you give them a good enough smack. I would suggest changing to the more durable ones.

+I love this place, make sure to go between 8am-10am for early bird special ( i think it's 10% most items) or after 10:15pm for the late night special ( again i think it's 10% off most items). Meaning you can get quality 8th for around $30 and Ounces for around $150. I recommend the brand Inflouresense.

+They also have a good rewards program for return customers, all you gotta do is give them a phone number.

-Not much to complain about either, though one of the employees was asking for a joint as a tip which was weird, and the joints are like 9 bucks so they ain't cheap. He was telling me how they split the tips so he'd rather have a joint than money , and this was before i even made the purchase. That was really the only "negative" experience I had. Suffice it to say I did not leave my usual tip that day.

Don't let that dissuade you though , 99% of the employees are class acts.

These guys are the Bomb!!!!!!! Deals almost every day, they are very knowledgeable about what they're selling. Super friendly, and they give heads up about what they offer to better tailor the product to the customer. By far the best shop I've been to, for these reasons I definitely recommend them and will continue doing business with them!!

Staff here are very nice, especially the little brunette manager that works nights.

My initial impressions of Lucid to start weren’t great. Low stock and okay employees.

Today it’s all changed and made a regular. Chris was my bud tender today and he is what we need in the industry. He was kind, charismatic, and well informed on the product. What caught me off guard was his eagerness to improve and learn and grow. Whether you’ve worked 20 years in industry, or just 2 months there’s also more to learn and more to improve on especially when it comes to giving your customers an iconic experience. Chris’s entire drive is something lucid has needed. I hope lucid promotes him and let’s him teach them how to do it the right way.

Good products Good Prices. The store has a clean layout. Friendly helpful staff. Smooth transitions. They do run out of things but always have something to replace it with so your not walking out empty handed. I haven’t been to any other cannabis stores but I’m completely happy with Lucid and don’t plan on going anywhere else anytime soon!

Great place, very friendly staff everything is behind glass then they got business cards of every thing on display. You grab the card of the stuff you like then take it to the register counter then you can ask the register people for anything else you would want to look at. Like I wanted to see some other sativa, because it was my first time there, so he pulled some out and I ended up getting some of it. So all in all, very cool store, very friendly staff, and conveniently on river rd.

Walter was very nice, helpful, and also he was very informative about the products. I felt like I got a great deal, he also kept a big smile on his face. He made me feel very comfortable. I would differently recommend Lucid and Walter to my friends as well as family. Thank you very much.

I haven't been here but I plan to very soon.

Edit: I went to Lucid this evening and the customer service was amazing! Also the prices surprised me. I got 4 different strains, a pipe, screens, and a lighter for less than $50. Everyone here that I interacted with are very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is a message to the owner. You need to focus on your SEO. When I type anything related to your business on google, unless I type your name directly, you don't even show up. I think your business deserves more recognition!

Staff is always friendly & helpful. Sucks the last few times we've been in they've been short staff that only 1 cashier is working, it's frustrating if you're in a hurry but understandable with everything going on and they try to be quick & sufficient as possible which I appreciate

I like coming here. The products are in cases that you can look around at and everything's labeled well so you know what your getting. The staff has always been great to me and I've always felt welcome. They are very knowledgeable in the products they carry, so if your not sure what to get they can help you out. My previous 4 star review was inaccurate for my actual experience. Thanks guys for being a chill shop!

Super cool folks make your experience here fun everytime! Sometimes selection can be a bit hit or miss though, but the vibes never are.

Always a great selection and extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. Also, the best veterans discount you will find! How bout a whopping 18 percent!!!! I don't know of any other shop offering more than 10 percent! I Love this shop, and they love veterans! Quit over paying elsewhere and make Lucid your favorite shop too!

The store is well laid out with enough room to shop around with out stumbling over someone as in some places. Staffing was appropriate for the time of day and traffic. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable , in fact very helpful. Altogether it was a pleasure to have been able to shop there.

This was the first time I'd ever visited a shop like this, so it was an interesting experience. It was very clean and orderly. It's staff well, yet appropriately dressed. They answered all questions I or the group I was with had. Parking was readily found. I found people of all legal ages inside, and everyone was polite. Definantly a positive experience for me.
