I wanted to update my review.

I stopped at this location at least once a week on a consistent basis and have been very happy with the service and the items received.

I was never sure of their food items, aside from a donut here and there.
Being a member has its perks, today I tried one of my free items and it was the bacon, tomato, avocado on sourdough sandwich.
Where I would have liked it toasted more, the sandwich was really good.

I like to take pictures after I try it, just so I can give the full review on the item versus just a picture.

The tomatoes are fresh, there is a nice amount of mashed avocado and quite a bit of bacon. (I would love if it was fried to order, but it is microwaved)
No need to salt, maybe just a bit of black pepper.

UPDATE again, which is sometimes needed when it comes to the food industry especially.

Maddie is wonderful, as are the employees that work around her.
She always has a smile and she is patient. I don't feel I'm in a rush and that sometimes you do get with other places.

this dunkin has the most kind employees, whether you go in or drive thru (which is always SUPER fast) the people who work here always have a smile and a good attitude :) my coffee is always perfect, cant find a better dunkin then here!

Every time I go here the eggs are cold and the frozen coffee is not drinkable...
Please re-train your staff...

These guys take a donut cutter experience and make it remarkable. If your just passing through Higganum or if you live here, you have to make this one of your stops. Top rate!

Not sure why others experiences are so poor but i frequent this Dunkin before work and haven’t had any issue. The new manager seems attentive and friendly and the crew are good.

Needed a quick pick me up for my last class late in the day so I ran down and had a coffee and sandwich in my hand within 2 minutes and was back in time for class.

One of the best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been to. I consistently get a great quality order and they never mess my coffee up.

Staff incredibly helpful and made sure the order was prepared properly, even re-making a drink just to be sure.
