I went in to add a phone line to my plan and do some other switches and Will was covering for the East Hampton store today , he was amazing and very helpful. He was extremely patient with us as one of my daughter’s phones was not updated properly. I give him a lot of credit putting up with us, he stayed past closing to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. My youngest kept him very amused. Thank you Will for being so kind and patient with us. If we need anything else we will come visit you in your home store in Cromwell!

Kyle saved the day! I was told by Verizon customer service that I would need a replacement phone (after 2 hour conversation/lag time). Frustrated with the lack of customer phone service, we called the East Hampton store, and Kyle prompted us to come down to the store, confident he could address the problem. He restored all of my connections within 10 minutes and couldn’t have been nicer. He was terrific and worked his magic in minutes. Highly recommend. 5 star service!

Went recently with a broken iPhone screen. I was helped out by Stephen and he was able to get all my data transferred onto a new phone in almost no time at all. Super happy with my experience.

I want to offer a complement regarding tims effort in east Hampton
He went well beyond anything you would expect to transfer data from our old phone. He tried so many things and showed great persistence and patience. We did not succeed but it was not because of a lack of effort on his part. We appreciate his effort and service.

Dylan was so helpful! My husband and I transferred our numbers from another provider and it was a bit tricky but Dylan was patient and was able to get everything straightened out for us. He answered all of our questions. Highly recommend!!

I had an iPhone crisis recently...unable to send or receive text messages...definitely a crisis during this pandemic. Upon calling in for help, Dylan suggested I come into the store if that was possible and he would try to assist me.
I was able to visit the store the next day and Dylan calmly worked with me to try to resolve this issue. He patiently and skillfully saved what he could but it was necessary to upgrade to a newer phone. Dylan helped me through this process step by step.
I am very grateful for Dylan’s kindness and patience in dealing with my issues and concerns. He definitely earned 5 stars on the rating scale...I would give him more stars if I could!!!

I always have a great experience with this Verizon Wireless. The staff is always ready to help, and super friendly. I have contacted Kyle a number of times with questions & he is always happy to help! I even referred my cousin to him, when she had a question about her account.
