Attentive and knowledgeable staff. We were with Verizon and T-Mobile. AT&T helped us switch to 3 new AT&T lines the same day. Great service. Saved us $200 on our monthly bil!

Stopped in 12/3 to upgrade my phone. Colin’s great help was refreshing. He treated me as if my phone and my bill were his own. Highly recommend him and the store.

i would give Melissa and Curtis (Deming St. store in Manchester CT) more stars if that was an option. The help ea gave to me was understandable and easy to grasp. it wasn’t easy for me to go from a 3rd gen iphone to an iphone 12, it actually was quite confusing. But w/great patience and knowledge (way more than the Apple store itself) i actually understand it!
I will ALWAYS stay with AT&T for my service and my go store for my iphone needs!!!

Elisha is the best! Highly recommend her to navigate getting a phone. She is patient and knows what she's doing!! She even hums to the music! Five stars for sure and an A++++

I would like to give a big thank you to Elisha Dreisch that works at at&t on Deming Rd in Manchester for working with me for 2 and 1/2 hrs with At&t customer service and still taking care of customers. She got my problem solved after fighting with the warranty department for 3 months. I recommend her if anyone is looking to switch over to at&t or just looking to upgrade

Everytime I go in they are always available and ready to help me with my hone issues. Fits is the #1 he takes time and is patient with me cause of my learning disabilities. He helps explain it in a way I can understand it. He goes the extra time to help me out. Thanks to the AT&T Team you are the best!!!!! 5 stars I would give 10 !!!!

The people at this AT&T store are the best! There was a big problem with my account, and I was going to have to drive an hour to an apple store and I was dealing with the problem all day and waiting on call lines and Garrett advocated for me and made it happen so quick. I am so appreciative for his thoughtfulness and effort he put on my behalf. And Andre was awesome too in helping me buy a new phone. Both of them and the rest of the guys there were so helpful in helping me understand the issue and how to work it out! Thank you so much for making an issue not be such a big problem. We need more tech people like them!

Chaz was amazing!! He was Very professional and worked with us for hours to ensure everything was correct and we understood what we were getting and how to use everything. He was very thorough and patient. He diligently worked on our order with little help from others. I went in after an unfortunate screen cracking of one of my devices and was able to work with Christian. He was knowledgeable and patient, was able to swiftly set up my new phones and walk me through all the steps to make sure everything was taken care of. We spent hours here after transferring a billing agreement between accounts on a shared plan, when the SIM card decided to stop working. What could have been a very stressful situation was not, because Douglas assisted us and navigated back-end AT&T technical phone support for us. He was extremely patient with multiple technical support phone representatives and provided clear instructions and explanations. Because of Douglas's skills and professionalism, we walked out with a working SIM card plus a cheaper plan. Douglas should be commended for his work and receive a promotion.
