Amazing and very friendly customer service staff. Also the store associate (female) whom works in sporting and home improvement tools section, helped me find things in 3 different specialty departments! I was so impressed, she saved Mr a ton of time by showing me right to the appropriate products for my project.

They are very courteous and friendly! I little arrived 5 minutes before closing time and the door was locked one one side but the guy told me it was okay to enter quickly. So in under 3 minutes I found what I needed and then I went to check out !! Thank you

The older lady at the counter is like, soooo sweet, friendly, and helpful! But, like, some of the younger staff are so serious and don't even know how to smile, ugh! 😒 #CustomerServiceMatters

Went to check out kids costumes for granddaughters and found all 3 exactly what they wanted. Great selections available. Store clerks were very friendly.

You can usually get in and out of this Walmart fairly quickly. It's pretty much always busy, but never packed. Larger ailes to walk down, and there always seems to be an employee nearby and friendly enough to help you if you should have any questions or concerns. This Walmart has been established for over 25 years and it's location is the last stop on one of the most used public transportation routes in Pierce county Washington State, The #1 route from TCC (Tacoma Community College) to Spanaway Walmart.

Clean, well stocked, everything was where it was supposed to be. There seemed to be a much better selection of just about everything than the two Walmart in Tacoma. The staff was friendly and everything was easy to find. I was shopping after my overnight shift so about 7 or 8 am. I don't know how much that affected my experience or if everyone was still stocked and clean from overnight. Either way it was one of the better Walmart experiences.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Walmart Supercenter in Spanaway and I'm thrilled to leave a 5-star review! The grocery store section is top-notch, with an amazing selection of products. Their premade salads are a personal favorite, and I also love the variety of snacks like wasabi almonds, string cheese, and banquet dinners.

But that's not all – the clothing selection is awesome too! I discovered a Snoopy sweater that has become my absolute favorite from the past year. The wide range of clothing options means there's something for everyone. Walmart Supercenter in Spanaway is a one-stop shop that consistently delivers on both groceries and fashion. Highly recommended!

My visit was ok but very little cashier's made my visit longer than expected

My shopping is done online. The shoppers text if an item is out of stock. They do a great job!

Store too big for broken old man such as me to get around in. HATE those carts, BUT SOME folks NEED them(IF one is available and NOT being used by a insensitive JERK) so glad they are here. Just cant bring myself to use one. Cides, im in and out so Pain dont stop me too often.
Dont try to call here, unless you select Electronics or need the Pharmacy. I stood in the Customer Service line and watched a person or two, who did NOT SEEM to be too busy listen to, and ignore, the ringing phone all could hear. Also have called their myself. Thats why I KNOW the excellent fella`s(and one lady just as good) answer the phone no matter what. Thats IF they are NOT over unlocking cabinets they should NOT have to lock things in, were it NOT for the "select few" who only care bout their next "fix" and nothing else.
The Pharmacy and Vision Center are good for the phone if you need them as well.
Help can be difficult to track down. Once found tho, I have received FANTASTIC SERVICE.
Lastly, Dee is about the best Manager you will find in a store that is forced to deal with so many challenges. She is VERY BUSY, so you MAY have to track her down and then wait a bit. Once you get her attention, however, you WILL BE well taken care of AND get her FULL ATTENTION until your problem is SOLVED or you know WHY it simply can not be.
Physical Store is STILL BETTER than the online nonsense. At least for a old man "stuck in the past" like me.

My go to Walmart these days.. great store, generally has whatever I think I may need at the moment

They got it all! We ran out of milk which is needed to make my wife's famous latte. Also, one of the rear brake lights went out in our new RV. Its a LED new style one and Wally World had them in stock! Nice to see they have chargers now for smart cars, Woot! Woot! What a fantastic place!

Love this place always clean, helpful, check out it's always quick, finding things are easy. You can ask anyone walking around a question, and they won't hesitate to stop and help you even if they are doing something at that moment. There are a few times I looked lost, and someone would say, "Can I help you find something and that's great customer service.

Huge Walmart store . Good collection of items at reasonable price. Employees are welcoming.

They had one wheelbarrow tire left. I was happy because it was exactly what I needed. Way less crowded than I remembered it always being in the past. It's a more relaxing shopping experience by far.

I use the online order-pickup. The young man was so polite. He loaded everything he could in my trunk then asked if I could fit the dog food and eggs up front with me. I appreciate his concern and care. Excellent service!

Walmart is the best. Is my go-to spot to get cases of water and soda and the people are nice and friendly

Need more jackets for men. The sizes are small, other than that, good spacing and great display, was delayed in fitting area but a lady staff was so kind and she apologized for the store. Real good feeling after that, I am going back
