I had purchased a remote control for my son for his ps5 and also bought a warranty on it. I needed to use the warranty (this is the 2nd time mind you) and they were amazing to work with and easily replaced the remote for me.

The young lady with glasses working there is always very helpful and shows great customer service even when they are super busy and she’s there by herself!

The workers were pretty busy training a new employee with bringing in the shipment. Once I was helped, the employee was fantastic. She answered all of my questions regarding the Switch and gave me advice on trade-in opportunities.

Went in to pickup a Christmas gift lot of great stuff staff was excellent and very friendly I will stop by again

Brandi needs a lesson in customer service. With that said, I have had some experience with people and work in the customer service industry myself.
So, I am completely satisfied with the service from the management from this location, and have been a loyal repeat customer for many years. Thank you again, and I hope this finds its way as learning experience. No one can make everyone happy, day in and day out. 🙂

Very clean store, friendly and honest employees who don't try and upsell you to death. Gave me the best deal on a switch when you had to buy them in a bundle. Also always have inventory in stock! No waiting a week for a switch.

Very good place and the employees are cool and friendly and very helpful and I enjoy it, every time I go into here and they have cool items, and cool employees, so it sounds like a win, win to me so I would go check them out if you've never been, and or in the area,

6/23/2022 - Hollie did a fantastic job figuring out what I needed, went right to the shelf where the item was kept and explained why this was the right item for my game machine. It was even on sale! Score!

These fellows are top notch. Great customer service, know their products and the pros/cons, and at least in my experience they have gone above and beyond making sure this 57 yr old grandma is getting the right stuff.

Very good location. The staff is very helpful and funny. They understand what you need and if you have something that is defective they will still take it. I don't know were others get these claims from...

Fabulous customer service. Been a customer of this particular store since it opened. Always stellar knowledge from employees and the kindness & understanding goes unmatched. Been to other stores, never as good.

Staff is always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. I always enjoy coming to this one over others. Also it's always very clean and well organized.

I dont know how many gaming consoles i have bought from this store but i love every minute of it. The team that works in this store are very knowledgeable in what there products are and if i have any questions they have the answers. Love this store.I hope they don't go out of business,with this new buy out as me and my children like having the physical media in or hands! This is the best store in the area.

I never have a bad experience. Friendly store. Sure the parking lot sucks but that isn't what you go to this place for. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel pressured to buy

I may have not gone here but read the reviews I will say that the person who said u guys were ducks I would say he was one who was the ducks i can't curs but. U guys are nice and u will help if needed.

We had a great experience today with Ben who works in the store! We were buying a switch for a gift and wanted to trade in our Xbox 1 for credit towards the switch. We had a previous encounter with a different GameStop long story short they refused our trade because it wasn’t updated even though it was in perfect condition so we had to take it home to upgrade it but needed the switch for today for the gift. I called the spanaway store and talked to Ben 5 mins before closing and he said he would be happy to help us even if we didn’t make it exactly for closing time. We got there a few mins after closing and he let us in a helped us do our trade and get our switch as well as the best credit back for our trade. We also bought some games and accessories. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and it was amazing that he stayed 45 mins after closing just to help us out!!! GIVE BEN A RAISE!!! 😁😁

I drive out of my way to go to this location because the staff is phenomenal. Chris and Jordan are my go to people they always take care of me and brother on all our gaming and collectible needs.

The manager Murrey is a great leader for the store. His Staff is very knowledgeable and they keep you really updated about any new games or product, I really like the atmosphere there. They will help you in anyway they can. I've been to many Gamestop's from Seattle-Puyallup. Definitely the best one.

Friendly staff, great selection, and clean store! Not something you find in spanaway much anymore. Bug is a friendly person to ask for help btw 😉
