I called today and the first time it sounded like someone picked up and put me on hold. I called back and the guy just says "hello" so I said "hello". He then says "state beauty supply". I ask if he would get some things ready for me. But he says they don't carry what I need. It has been a while since I order from there but you would think he would have offered to orderme what I needed but no he sounded bored. You need to train ppl better.

Let me tell y’all, I usually do not ever put a bad review on any store but the State beauty supply store in Guntersville, the lady that owns it or whatever is so rude, I have never dealt with an employee/owner like that! I will not be back. Thanks

Rude and hateful people work here I will not spend money with someone that is rude to my four year old for no reason at all and someone hair looks like that nope she don’t even deserve no stars watch out

They do not have enough stock to consider themselves a rep for Joico K-pak color. What a wasted 42 Mile drive.
