I recently had Martin Appliance deliver and install a new washing machine in my home, and I was extremely impressed with their service. From start to finish, their crew demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Before the installation began, they took the time to lay down protective coverings on my floors to prevent any damage. This small touch showed their consideration for my home.

The installation itself was handled with great care and expertise. They checked to ensure the washer was properly positioned and leveled, leaving no stone unturned. I've had numerous appliances installed over the years, but Martin Appliance's delivery and installation team is by far the best I've experienced. Their skill and care made the process seamless and worry-free on my end.

I cannot recommend Martin Appliance's delivery and installation services highly enough. They go above and beyond to ensure a job well done while treating your home with the utmost respect. Excellent service all around!

We recently purchased a new GE washer and dryer from Martins Appliance and we wanted to give a shout out to the technicians, Dan and Bryan, who did a wonderful job of removing our old washer and dryer and installing the new ones. They were extremely careful during the removal and installation, and very friendly and courteous. They even went out of their way to help me reinstall our bifold doors. WOW!!! Our refrigerator stopped cooling. We immediately went to Martin's. Luke was our salesperson. He was super friendly and very helpful. He knew our situation and worked with the delivery manger to get us the new refrigerator by the next morning. Thanks again for going above and beyond for us.

I am extremely happy with Martin’s whenever we need new appliances or any repairs. My mother and father used Martin’s for many of our items and we needed a new washer so we took a look at the website. We ordered a new washer and spoke to Harry S over the phone to coordinate when we could have it delivered and installed, he helped us find a day that fit our schedule perfectly. Our technicians were Karl and Tim. They were AMAZING and super friendly and answered any questions that came to mind during the demo. I highly recommend Martins and I’m very happy with all the service they provide. 10/10!

In addition to the great service I get consistently, I'll share a quick story today or their team "doing the right thing."

We bought a dryer about a week ago...it will be delivered next week. A customer appreciation flier just came out with $50 off of appliance delivery starting today (a week after my purchase). I thought I'd call to see if they'd make a concession...they were happy to do it...offering either a credit or to run the $50 back on my card.

Such a small thing, but I love how willing they were to look at the actual goal of their event...not be focused on insignificant details, but really find ways to appreciate the customer.

We were interested in a variety of products for our new home and his knowledge of the various items was very impressive.There was no pressure and the whole experience was pleasant. We purchased 3 appliances and the installation was also beyond reproach. We would recommend Glendon and Martin Appliance to anyone.

Ryan and Brandon were great! Super professional, great at trouble shooting, and very kind. They explained everything really well. Great service.

Dishwasher removal and installation. Nevin was professional, patient, informative and kind. He is very knowledgeable and had many tips to share. He had to deal with 2 electricians who were very rude. Our outlet was not working and they wanted to get in and do their job with no regards to what he was doing - we were embarrassed by their behavior, but he took it all in stride. His work ethic is remarkable and he is an excellent teacher - a real keeper for an employer and a real positive for any buyer.
I do not remember the name of our salesman, but he also was very helpful to us in comparing prices and differences in the dishwashers we were looking at. Thank you for these two men - it was a very good experience!

We have bought many appliances from Martin’s and have always been delighted with their sales and service. Our recent Bosch dishwasher purchase was a bit tricky. Our original installer claimed the dishwasher would not fit in our cabinets. Thankfully, Dylan and Donovan saved the day! They worked three hours to retrofit our dishwasher and by that evening it was working like a charm. I will only buy Bosch dishwashers and I will only buy them from Martin’s.

Brandon and Ryan did a great job delivering and installing my new washer. They were knowledgeable, friendly and professional.

We had new appliances delivered and installed by Joel & Zac from Martin's Appliance. They did a wonderful job getting our new washing machine and dishwasher hooked up. I also appreciated them showing us how to use each appliance and taking the time to answer any questions.

We bought all new appliances. They were there all the way. Answering all questions and concerns. And there were alot of them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Never once did they ever make us feel like we were a bother. We had trouble with a rebate and they helped us get it through. Overall we had a most enjoyable experience working with, like i said before friendly and knowledgeable sales staff.

Kelton and Clydde were super nice and did a great job. Everyone was helpful from buying the refrigerator to delivering it quickly. I will only go to Martin's from now on. Thank you all for such great service.

I really have to recommend the service staff at Martin. Quick story: I had an oven stop working a week before a holiday party. I called several places to try and fix it and everyone was booked. The oven was flashing an error code. I called the manufacturer and they would not interpret the code because i was not an "authorized tech". Frustrated at that, I called Martin Appliance and Walt picked up the phone. It was the end of the day, yet he took the time to understand my problem and try to help. He gave me his cell phone so i could send him video of the code... He called me first thing in the am to tell me what the code was. My oven is now working again thanks to him. Now, he would not accept payment for his efforts, so i wanted to let everyone know -The world needs more Walts! Thank you!

Joe and Lewis were AWESOME!!!! They were meticulous and extremely careful during the delivery and set up process.

I've been doing business with this appliance store for decades, and I still rave about their selection of quality appliances, and especially their fine customer service! Just recently I worked with Derrick, and with Nevin (five stars to each!). No matter what time of day you enter the store, there is always someone right there to assist you, friendly and helpful! They go to great lengths to make sure that all goes smoothly with delivery and installation, and to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I highly recommend this place of business if you are looking to purchase an appliance!

We were delighted to do business with David. He was very accommodating to our desires as we waited 2 months for our new stove to become available.

It was delivered by Brandon and Brandon. When they removed the old stove it was important for me to clean the floor before installing the new stove. Brandon was extremely patient and understanding while they had to wait for me to complete the job!😀. The information on how to use our new appliance was excellent and very personal. As a retired Family and Consumer Science teacher, I was especially impressed with the knowledge displayed about the use of this appliance by the installer. Our future is bright with such competent technicians.
