AT&T Store

I purchased a new phone, and was in and out of the store within 40 minutes. Vanessa the specialist was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was greeted and acknowledged when I walked in the door. She provided me with the information I needed to pick a new phone. She made sure I understood how to set up my new phone and helped me get started.
While I was being assisted,, she greeted all customers who walked in letting them know she would be with them shortly.
The store is clean with the latest phones. Great experience. Great customer service. Love my new phone!! It takes the best pics.

Vanessa was able to quickly solve our issue when a visit to another store and a call to corporate resulted in no outcome. If there is a company employee rewards program, she should definitely be compensated!

Jay was extremely helpful and patient. I am excited to get my new phone in a few days.

Came it just to see if we could afford to switch from metro. Ended up walking out with 2 iPhones for less than 100$. Trevor page helped us was the sales rep who helped and was exceptional. Me and my wife were very unsure about the purchase simple because we had so many questions. He was very knowledgeable. The manager was also very personable and helpful. I forget his name but those two made the experience perfect. 5 starts highly recommend

Vanessa from the Langhorne AT&T store was wonderful, helpful and so kind. She was very knowledgeable. We were greeted with a kind smile as well as a friendly hello. She answered all of our questions and gave us pricing for adding another line to my plan. She was overall fantastic. We will be returning for sure.

I went in for a new phone after having my iPhone for about 5 years. Anthony greeted me and helped me with explaining in detail the various qualities of each phone I was interested in. I was able to get a phone I felt comfortable purchasing and Anthony made sure I knew everything AT&T had to offer as promotions can sometimes lead to something I might have never known of or thought of trying out. Anthony was attentive and knowledgeable which made my experience smooth without any stress of my new purchase.

My experience was amazing. Jasmine was very personable and explained everything to me, answered all my questions and helped me choose a phone that was right for me. She went over many different options and explained how the fees will look when getting my first bill so there are no surprises. Excellent employee. AT &T is lucky to have her.

After having a bad experience last year, I was very hesitant to return but I’m so glad I did! I worked with Vanessa and let me say that she is such an awesome employee and just such a wonderful person!! She took the time to figure out every price option down to the exact penny and helped me with every aspect of purchasing a new phone and transferring from my old phone, looking at different plan options to help save me money, and took the extra time to check on me while she was with other customers as well. I have never had a better experience with any customer service. I am 73 years old so not the most technically proficient person. Jazmyne was professional, pleasant, compassionate borne out by the new plan I now have and an upgrade to an I-13. And still I saved over $50 from the current monthly bill. She was patient and when I left the store, I didn't have to do one thing. I was in the store for almost 2 hours and still, she was smiling! Now that's excellent service. Thank you Jazmyne❤

I've been with AT&T for almost 3 years and by far Jazmyne has been the absolute best person who has helped me. She was able to resolve my account issues and is extremely knowledgeable. Do your business a favor and make her a a manager if she isn't already. If she is, give her a raise. Very personable and professional. I will be doing all of my future business at this location.

Will the sales associate at the AT&T store in Levittown/Langhorne in the Redner’s shopping center he was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He let me in when he was almost closed, he didn’t turn me away. He answered all my questions and helped me order my new IPhone 14 pro max and I got the best deal. He went above and beyond!!!

Jazmyne Wilson, one of the representatives, was incredibly helpful. She has excellent customer service, was polite and made sure I fully understood everything. She helped me and my family make a great purchase and was sure to answer all of my questions. Jazmyne is the best representative I have worked with throughout my 10+ years of being an AT&T customer.

I feel bad because I can’t remember both of their names but Anthony and the other gentlemen in there seriously were life savers! I had android my whole life and finally made the switch to Apple the other guy in there sat down with me for as long as I needed to and explained how to transfer and how to do literally everything I would need to know for the iPhone! After visiting multiple stores around here including Levittown all of them canceled my order as well as wouldn’t tell me why they couldn’t find their inventory of 3 iPhones so Anthony got it done and was able to get me my exact phone in the exact color I wanted with exact storage. In a really bad customer service era these two are diamonds

Shane was excellent. Very fast and efficient and educated me on plans that reduced my monthly bill. He was by himself, with about four customers and made everyone feel welcome. He was awesome.

I’ve made three trips in the last week. Once to buy the kids phones, once to get help with family sharing, and again to transfer mine and my husband’s phones to AT&T. Every time I came in they they were beyond helpful. So happy this store is right around the corner. Thanks guys!

Josh was extremely informative and helpful. Very polite and did not try to up-sell me. He provided useful information based upon my needs for a new phone. He fully explained the plan pricing and supplied the cost breakdowns for each plan. Great customer service! You can tell he enjoys his job and actually helping people meet their needs/wants.

My husband and I went to the AT&T in Levittown and the customer service representative, Mannie, was beyond exceptional. We walked in during the early afternoon and knew exactly what we wanted and Mannie took care of us right away. During the 2 hours we were there at least 7 other customers walked in and he simultaneously took care of all of us by himself. Poor guy even skipped his lunch to make sure everyone was taken care of. This location usually has great customer service, but Mannie went above and beyond anything we have ever experienced. We won't go anywhere else. Thank you!

Everyone at that store was exceptional. Maurice did a great job dealing with me as did the manager. Hopefully everything will work out wonderfully.
