I had to edit my review. It did appear I got wax that was good. As someone new to wax, I didn’t realize there were different ways of making it. My apologies to the company and owner for bad review and Wrong remarks. Other than that the place here was good. And they are knowledgeable

Today was my first time here , I do not know anything about the pens, etc but I needed something to help me sleep. The gentleman helped me out so much explained a lot to me, the front desk lady was super friendly. I will be returning

Eric is the man!! Helped me with an online order that was giving me troubles and made the whole process a million times better. I would recommend coming back to everyone I know. Very clean and organized space and the employees are very friendly. Again Eric is super dope and has such a great attitude along with all of the other staff that have helped me. Im usually pretty quick and pretty forward with the staff and they are always super chill. Even when they are busy they bust out the lines in a hurry.

The location is a good size w/ a small parking lot, but street parking is all around. Everyone was friendly & security was good also.

Eric and Ben continue the vibe at this place! Starting with the smiling faces upfront from Hannah and Dorell, damn they made me feel welcomed! Everyone is upfront, respectful, and I see everyone leaving with a smile. They truely helped make my birthday special. 🙏

The online order line was slow AF because one person was assigned to it while the walk-in line had four cashiers. Jessica S. noticed the situation, opened another register, and cleared the online order line in about 4 minutes -- all with warmth and the right amount of snark.

Great shop, but really just wanted to shout out budtender West. I’ve been searching for black rolling papers for a year and when I mentioned it to West, he gifted me an open pack of black papers from his own stash. Probably the nicest thing anyone’s ever done for me and totally made my day. Someone promote this perfect angel baby!

Always a wonderful experience visiting NUG. And Jordon Made it that much more enjoyable, very professional and I believed he actually knew what he was talking about and not just reading a cue card. I will recommend NUG To all my friends and neighbors.

Well I couldn't be more happier than to be the first to give a review. This place is amazing every time I go in there I seem to run across some kind of deal. - its location is set up very nice inside the only down fall is there is not much parking...but I dont mind because they keep the line moving by greeting you as you enter. For anyone who missed today's deal.🤦‍♀ check them out for yourself 47.00 bucks well spent.

Had a great experience with Nick. He was very helpful with all my inquiries! Just sad that I signed up for but don't seem to be getting notifications via text on specials like Baby Jeeters and Stiiizy products as I have requested. 😁 Otherwise The Nug rocks!!
