I'm a diabetic with severe foot issues and had to get some burn cream asap and while the Walgreens App messed up, Jeremy at the store listened to my complaints (I never made it personal and get it professional) and he was courteous and patient with me and by half way through, he had calmed me down. What a great guy!
He knew my insurance would not cover it and when I went to pick it up, he SAVED me nearly $20 dollars off the cost! Rock On Jeremy and THANKS! Keep up the great work! :-)

Mark T. in the pharmacy was absolutely phenomenal in taking care of our family. 2 month old son was in the process of getting discharged from the pediatric hospital when Mark called us just as we were on our way out the door. He informed us that the prescription the hospital sent his way was unsafe for my son’s weight and age and requested I speak to someone while we were still at the hospital to get it fixed. He mentioned that he had called about 6 different times trying to get the hospital to correct their mistake only to get hung up on every time. I really appreciate that Mark was keeping an eye out and going above and beyond to ensure my son’s safety because things could’ve turned out very differently had he filled the prescription at the unsafe dosage. As first time parents, my husband and I wouldn’t have known any better about the dosage prescribed and thank god that Mark was in charge that night. We are forever grateful. He deserves the best, we think he’s an asset to the company for sure. Thank you, Mark!

Picked up medication for myself and also my bf today. The pharmacy was busy as expected, being that it was 6:00pm on a Friday when people were getting off work. The staff worked tirelessly to get everyone through, and they were very friendly, despite probably feeling overwhelmed and stressed about the workload. Mae was the person that helped me, and she made it a seamless and pleasant pick up.

Went for my booster. The pharmacy was extremely busy. These employees were very calm, patient, kind, and efficient. They worked as a team and kept the LONG line moving. We were there for only 30 minutes and our Pharmacy Tech was friendly and brilliant with all of the customers. The one employee that stood out was a young female Pharmacy Tech. She was everything you'd want as an employee & as an customer service rep. She spoke to every customer with patience and respect. One on one, answering questions with dignity. Then our turn. She gathered our paperwork & shots within minutes. I will come here again. To that young lady-Your company should recognize your professionalism. I do. Thank You

I have been using this pharmacy for 3 years now. The stores staff are helpful and with a pleasant attitude. The pharmacy staff are fantastic. When I’m in a hurry they get my prescription filled quickly. Also the pharmacist are great. I had a problem with my insurance company and the pharmacist called me and explained what I needed to tell my insurance company to get my prescriptions filled. Also it’s nice when you walk up to the counter and the pharmacy staff greets you by name. Also I like the prescription auto fill. Every month I get a text telling me my prescription is ready for pickup. And if you don’t feel like going into the store, they have a drive up window for your convienence. I recommend this Walgreens to anyone who lives or work near here. You won’t find a better or a more caring staff anywhere.

This Walgreens is always clean the employees are very nice and pleasant they're very helpful and they definitely do not get an attitude or get put out if you ask a question or if you need help with something and they are stocking they do not seem to mind and stop with they're doing to help the customer I go in there almost everyday or every other day and everybody is always very pleasant and in a great mood I can honestly say that this Walgreens is one of the best!!!

I've been coming here for 2 years since joining my current company and switching to Walgreens. Staff have always been phenomenal, never had a prescription messed up or any problems. Yes sometimes there's a long line in the drive through. You know what? Get out of your car and go inside where there's more than 1 person being helped at a time and usually no line. The reason it can take a while to fill a prescription is because they get orders constantly getting faxed in. I almost always get asked if I want to wait, in which case it's usually 15-20 minutes instead of going home and waiting a couple hours. It's nice they give you the option. My wife dropped off my prescription and the lady even went to double check the medication was all in stock so we could definitely get it tonight.

I got a couple vaccine shots that were due and the pharmacy was Rockin busy! Everyone worked as a team and helped each other by taking care every customer waiting! I let the nurse who gave me my vaccine know that the pharmacy team are great and I can tell they enjoy what they do! Thank you! ❤

I want to say thank you to matt in the pharmacy department for helping my wife get my daughter medicine at a good price. He made it so fast and easy. Once again thank you Matt it is always so refreshing to find people that like their job and like to help the customer!!

I've been using this pharmacy for 2 years and NOT ONCE have I had a problem! They are all very friendly, helpful & most of all patient. I just moved to the other side of town and will totally miss it.

After a terrible experience at 7755 North Durango. Drove to this location. Very professional at the Pharmacy IJE took very quick care of my needs at the pharmacy. Highly recommend this location as opposed to 7755 North Durango location. Thank you IJE the sweetest

Came in for a quick stop and was in and out in 5 minutes. Great services and the place was very clean.

Great place to pick up the odds and ends. Freindly staff. Parking is not so good.

Been going here for a year and I have no complaints.
