I was really impressed with the service at this Jamestown Verizon store! I entered there with the intention of opening a personal account and buying a new Sampson Galaxy 24S Ultra. By the time I left, I not only had the exact phone that I wanted but also a watch to match. Their clear, detailed explanations and the way they listened and answered made me convince my businessman husband to also get new phones and change all our phone lines to Verizon. And... we're both happy with the change! Thanks so much to Heath, Ethan and the crew for helping me through the transition. You guys are awesome!

We arrived a half hour before closing with trouble with our old phones. Dylan had us up and running with new protected phones, and was very helpful and informative. Offered us a lot of options, which I appreciated! He even stayed past closing to make sure we were taken care of.

Jordan was extremely helpful with setting up our phones signing in to all our apps making sure we knew how to use our new phones and watch he made it a extremely easy process I will always go to Verizon and ask for Jordan from this point on !
