Costco Wholesale

I have to write this review because of Tammy, who works in this Costco. I never received such a great customer service before. We had jewelry which had lost one of the small diamonds. She processed a repair for us. Explained every step in detail. I can tell from now on Costco is a great place to buy jewelry.
Every business needs team members like Tammy. One good experience is all you need to become a lifetime cystomer.

I love to shopping and costco and saving money some of my favorite foods. Yiu can also save a ton of money on diapers and baby wipes if you have a new baby. Costco travel offers great deals on trips to Hawaii aa well.

Staff are always friendly and helpful no matter which location I shop at. I can always find good deals on books and stuff for the kids. The quality of the meat and produce is better than conventional grocery stores.

After walking by the Madeline cookies, thinking they were the ones that tasted like a piece of plastic wrap, tried one when I received a gift box. Dang they tasted like the ones made in The City. Each visit to Costco has me purchasing 3 boxes and slowly nibbling to make each cookie last longer .

One of the best customer experience I have ever had.
We were looking for a Men’s bike which was very low on inventory.
Called the Gilroy center and the customer assistant by name Travis was really helpful in holding up the bike for us and helped answering all our questions.

We drove all the way from Milpitas to Gilroy .

Candy aisle is a sight to behold!
The store is similar to a restaurant supply warehouse. Not really stocked for home shopping, but if you need a commercial mop bucket or a professional refrigerator this is the place....and of course you can get single serve ketchup and honey packs here. There's an aisle with a huge assortment of shrink wrapped baked goods, if you have family coming over you could stock your kitchen with all kinds of "gas station" baked goods. If you are hosting a bunch of kids, they have boxes of pre-made sandwiches that might come in handy. If you want to live out your childhood fantasy of running a food truck, this store is for you. 😃

An interesting fact about Costco, my Veterinary did not have the antibiotic for my dog and they found it at Costco. The wonderful part is that the cost was extremely low in price at Costco compared to what my vet charges. I did not have a Costco card and I had to be walked in with a worker, but it was worth it and they were extremely nice. This makes me want to get a Costco card. I appreciated this so much, as everyone knows the veterinary charges outrageous prices. Thank you Costco!

So I just went to Costco to the optical department. The lady there was very nice professional. Help me super fast. I was in and out. And I tell you. I should have got a membership to Costco years ago. Because the eyeglasses were half the price as the last pair I got. So I basically got 241.

One of our favorite costcos. Flowers fully stocked. And they carry Ahi Tuna poke.
Easy gas lanes & food court.

Everyone knows about Costco, so not a lot to add. I have used the Gilroy location for 5 years for prescriptions and have developed a relationship with a couple of the staff. They know me on sight and start the process. Helpful if I need anything other than that. We buy almost all our meat there as we have at this snd other Costco's for 25+ years.

The staff are very helpful and eager to help. Their selections are great and they have a really great parking space.

A very enjoyable shopping experience.

Although crowded, the Costco was well organized and kept clean. The free samples were yummy and the prices fair. Almost all the cash registers were open, and every employee was courteous and had a kind word to say.

Costco has an excellent return policy!
I highly recommend getting the Costco Citibank, this way you earn cashback not only by using your Costco membership but also when you pay with its credit card.

Great warehouse to shop. Always love going there on way back to san jose. But gas is little bit expensive than San Jose. There can be $0.30 difference in gas prices.

I love shopping at Costco. One of the things I really like about all Costco stores are their ample wide parking spaces. Great design guys! I wish Trader Joe’s would take a hint and create wider parking slots. It would make getting in and out of your car so much more convenient, not to mention dented doors 😠

One of the least crowded locations and it's always better to shop towards closing. Order from the food court first and pick up after shopping. Lunch or dinner is served.

Like an idiot I lost my food court receipt. She spent like 10 mins with me to make sure I was taken care of even though it was my own fault!

I love Costco and today was a reminder. I got there just after opening this day, filled up my gas tank, put air in my tires, and got my shopping done. The only problem is that it seems everyone knows this is when it's not too busy because it's now busy on Tuesday mornings. Ugh!

Wasn't that crowded, I just ran in grabbed a bag of ice and hotdogs.

This was my first visit to this location (Gilroy) as I live in San Jose into most of my shopping at the Coleman location (which I love). I went in because I happened to have a little extra time and was having an issue with my membership. Tammi helped me out and was so sweet during the process. She actually made my whole day just a little bit better! She explained everything and was friendly while still working quickly which I very much appreciated as I had my 5-month-old daughter with me.
