Dollar Tree

I have been to this location many times and while I see all these bad reviews on the male cashier Craig, I have witnessed some customers acting like the for some reason are entitled and the cashier Craig is always left with lines all the way back to the frozen food section, and finally the manager comes out and says she can help the next person after he has cleared the line! Also some of these customers are clearly rude to this cashier even after he gives the good customer service!! I think this is a bad rap on this older guy period!!!

Unique items with great prices under $10, food, drinks ,gifts, items for dogs ,babies and the whole family

This Dollar tree was bigger than the one by my house! Didn’t see everything but I will go back to check things out. I did find a few things to buy that was needed. Clean & nice employees!!

Had what I was looking for. Rosie was very helpful and courteous.

Prices are excellent for many products. I got sunglasses and reading glasses. Only drawback is unable to hire enough people at some locations. Service is good. 3/23- nice people work there. Hood to get personal hygiene items as well. $1.25 each, how can you beat that price.

It's your standard DT. Things were a little picked over when I was there but I did see carts with merchandise ready to be stocked. It has a funky smell, probably left over and not properly deep cleaned after the CVS vacated. Very helpful and polite staff the day of my visit!

Trashy and bare

I am writing this review to express our profound disappointment with the service we received at the Dollar Tree on Sahara. Our visit was meant to be a simple, joyful errand to purchase balloons for our daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into a distressing experience that I feel compelled to share.

Upon preparing to leave the store, we discovered that one of the balloons we purchased was defective, failing to stay inflated. My wife kindly returned to the store to address this issue, expecting a straightforward solution. However, the situation escalated in a manner that was both shocking and utterly unacceptable.

An employee, instead of assisting with a basic customer service request, chose to confront my wife aggressively. His tone was not only unprofessional but demeaning, escalating to a point where other customers felt compelled to intervene on her behalf. This level of hostility over a simple request to refill a balloon is bewildering and completely inappropriate.

After the intervention of fellow shoppers, the balloon was finally refilled, and we encountered no further issues with the product. However, the damage was done. The treatment my wife received is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the store's management and training protocols.

We are deeply upset by this incident. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a manner, especially over such a minor issue. We had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, preparing for a joyful family celebration, and instead were met with unwarranted hostility.

I urge the management team of Dollar Tree to address this issue promptly. No customer should have to endure such an experience, and employees should be trained to handle simple requests with courtesy and professionalism.

The employees name was Craig and this happened on February 22 at around 9:20 AM

When going to the check out I had a Halloween sign I put all my stuff down and the gentleman at the register took it and said I need to get a new one so I walked over and got a new one thinking that one didn’t have a tag on it. Then when he saw I grabbed it he said I just grabbed the same one and got an attitude and I said you told me to grab other one so I did. (He put the sign next to him) then checking out I realized he didn’t scan the sign so I said I wanted the sign and he said he put it in my bag mind you I only have one bag so I showed him and he got an attitude again saying he scanned it then said he can’t walk over there meaning he wants it and just took it from me so he could have it. I’ve never had that happen to me having a cashier take me items and telling me to get another one so he can have it

The casher Craig is very rude and unprofessional, in couple times I went to this store and unfortunately he attended us I was waiting him for more than 2 min because he was talking with the rest of employees. Please remove him

Older guy that work there was very rude to my wife and kid and they are very nice people I don’t accept people treating kids wrong and I will be following up with their corporate team. After disrespecting my daughter he said people shouldn’t be up tight. My daughter is off limits

The older guy named Craig working the cash register is RUDE! Has 0 customer service. Physically & verbally can’t do his job correctly. I came to leave a review and sad to see he’s treated other people the same way.

No cold water on a day it was 106 degrees outside. 7 Coolers and no cold water. Left and went to my favorite Dollar Tree on Ft. Apache.

NASTY EXPIRED FOOD BE CAREFUL!!! Opened a box of iced buns that were placed at the FRONT of the store that expired a YEAR ago.. SOO nasty and crusty!!! Shame on you guys!!! Please report this place!!

Came in here because somebody suggested it for 20 Balloons to release into the air for my uncle birthday May he RIP !! Got here at 8:50 PM to tell me they close at 9 and couldn’t help me !! Left the store livid in Tears thanks for nothing ROSIE 👎🏽

It was 8:10 pm on a sunday. I saw that the store looked closed even though it says 9 pm on Google maps. I called and they said they close at 8 pm. Please fix.
