Big 5 Sporting Goods

Went in today with 6 items on my list. Had stock everything.
The person who helped me found everything I wanted and suggested a range of accessories. They did not have my size shoe I wanted. They found 3 alternatives that worked for me.
Brightly lit, well stocked, knowledge staff what's not to like?

The employees are friendly and courteous. Asked about an item and was escorted directly to the product and the clerk stayed to answer questions, showed good product knowledge.

We've shopped here before & the CS was just ok. We went tonight & David was amazing! Our son needed running shoes & he did a great job helping us!! He also showed our son how to lace his shoes to pull his heel back. The store does have great prices & they were pretty well stocked tonight!

We had not been in for a few years after a previous bad experience but they were the only ones in a 50 mile radius with what we needed today. The service we received today was an amazing example of fantastic customer service. They greeted us when we walked in the door and they asked what if we were in for something specific and we told them what we had found online that was in stock in store and he led us right over, showed us alternatives as well and even though they had other customers in the store they were helping we didn't feel at all as if we'd been abandoned. They went in the back and got us a second one when one on the floor had a minor defect and carried them our car for us as well after we paid for them. Also the added bonus the chairs were on sale that wasn't reflected online. Over all an amazing experience!

Their customer service is excellent. I bought a kayak for my husband's birthday and they helped me install the roof rack and made sure everything was securely fastened. I appreciated their assistance and care they took.

I just picked up a cast iron skillet here and the staff were super helpful and pleasant and I had a wonderful experience there. They had a decent selection of what I was looking for and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I have shopped here for years. I work in nursing and go through my tennis shoes every 3 to 4 months. Big 5 has the Asics I love. Sometimes they may not have the exact color I like, however, the price is worth it.

I have loved shopping at big 5 since I was a small child in California. The company really stands behind what they sell. I have never had an issue returning things that broke or stopped working. I really appreciate being taken care of by a company.

Great prices. Get your ammo here as well. 15 bucks for 9mm box of 50 sounds pretty good these days.
