So, you know how when you watch Undercover Boss and they'll show an employee who is pretty awesome and they give him/her a promotion?

Well, that is Ron in this store.

I've never been in here before but my wife asked me to pick up some medicine on the way home and this is where I stopped. There was a little line for the the registers and Ron was on of the cashiers. He was so friendly with the customers, even greeting everyone as they walked in the door. When I worked in retail management, I would have wanted to clone this guy!

When it my turn to pay, he was the cashier. I told him he earned an At for his customer service and he was so appreciative. He said I made his day.

So, Walgreens, Ron should be promoted to Director of Customer Relations Training! He is one heck of an employee!

This review is specifically for Chelsea, the pharmacy Technician at this Walgreens. She went above and beyond to ensure I received my new prescription on a day where they were more short staffed than usual.

Without the prompt fill of my medication I would have had a hard time carrying on my with my day. I appreciate people like her that follow through with something they promise to do

I’m shocked by the low reviews. Maybe it’s because I don’t utilize the Rx department. every time I come here, I’m greeted by the friendly staff and leave with satisfaction. The Walgreens is clean, organized. I do notice some items always out of stock but I blame the supply chain problems. Keep up with the excellent work, Walgreens!

My experience was lovely. I couldn’t find a product at 3 other stores so this was my last hope. With the help of Rebecca and Amira, I was able to find my eye drops. Also loved the cashier for making conversation and making me feel welcome.

Best staff ever! Ethan just asked how my day was, I hadn't been able to find what I needed. He came over, scanned the tags, figured out it may be in the next shipment, followed up with me the next day, absolute HERO

Primarily a pharmacy store with very good service and friendly staff. Also a photo print place inside it.

They are taking care of a lot of patients, and doing their best a ten minute wait is not the end of the world.

FYI - This store is not open 24 hrs, unless their phone prompt is incorrect. I called to see if they had something in stock, assuming they were open from the Google user before me telling me they were and lo-and behold they are closed.

If you're looking for a 24 hr store, The Walgreens off Irvine Blvd. & Newport Ave. is an option.
