Amazon returns station here is really busy and we spent about 15-20 minutes waiting in line. The store in general is big and offers plenty of nice clothing. It is nice to shop here, or just walk and look around.

The store associate who helped me and my step daughter, her name was Comfort. Oh my goodness what a fitting name. She made us feel so welcome and taken care of. She is a gem to this location!

Our Kohl's in Irvine is very nice. It's well organized and very clean. They have a good variety of clothing for the entire family, as well as a great selection of small appliances and household goods. They have great sales and value.

Clean, quiet, modern and variety of products. Sure beats the mall with all the craziness and no parking. Prices can be pricey. I’d wait for sales to buy. Like Black Friday!

Employees are nice and this store has a good selection of products, including a Sephora. You can do Amazon returns here too. A good place to get home goods and appliances too. If you’re tired of going to Target, stop here for a while.

Lara and Li were so helpful and patient while helping me at check out and went beyond measure to help me find specific sale items on the floor.

Please stay in business by implementing more cool stuff to attract customers. I mainly go here to return Amazon items. However, I was able to use the cash back coupons to purchase a few items through out the years. The competitions from online shopping hit brick-and-mortar store like this heavily in the recent years. I don't know how long it can last. I wish it will survive and thrive.
