Jason was awesome! I looked up online to make sure the product was available at my local store and it turned out to not be available. So
I called this store and Jason Picked up the phone with a cherry voice. He made sure the product I needed was in stock. He held the last remaining item at the checkstand till I got there. Jason is a great example what real customer service looks like. This store is further from my house, but I will be coming back here instead.

The CVS Pharmacy on Orange ave and Beach Blvd in Anaheim CA is always a delight to visit! The store manager and the workers there are so helpful and always with friendly smiles on their faces! Such a pleasure to shop there! 5 stars!

Lourdes is the person that helped me. The OTCH program is new to this stores location. She had never used the program before. Lourdes did an excellent job.

I had just got out the hospital across the street due to bleeding for over a month period wise anyways I was very weak and needed help finding items and employee named Dessa was amazing excellent customer service I know she would do good as a lead or manager she definitely sold me on getting the extra care subscription with cvs she’s amazing I will never forget her kindness she had patients answered the hundreds of questions I had and showed me exactly where I can find the products I needed it she definitely made my day better with her kindness
