The Five Stars is for Lisa in Pharmacy, hands down. In a crazy world, filled with busy people, this pharmacy, like so many others, lacks the bandwidth to provide the superior level of customer service Walgreens was once known for. I'm not a fan of this store in general and if my prescriptions go through anyone else, there's always an issue processing them. I have negative stories for days, but let's recognize someone who stands out in the best way possible. Thank you Lisa, for being so good at what you do. It shows and is appreciated.

i never write reviews but i had such an incredible experience at this walgreens! i placed a same day pickup order for a birthday gift and although it said it was ready, when i went in store i was told that noone at the store was trained to make the item. i drove 25 miles to this location just to be told that and i needed the gift that day so i was super dissapointed. only to get a call after i left that a staff member had overheard this encounter and felt bad, so he went and learned how to print the item just for me! it came out great and my aunt was so happy with the gift. ive never had someone go above and beyond for me like that, may or may not have cried lol. i wish i got this mans name but i was just so rushed. if you're reading this sir you really made my night and i appreciate it so hard!!

Tsao and August have both been extremely helpful for our family. We are so grateful to be able to go to Walgreens because were always serviced very well with our medications. They are delightful people, happy to help, caring and knowledgeable. All the things that you would hope for in a neighborhood pharmacy. The staff at Walgreens goes out of their way to help us and welcome us to the store

I visited Walgreen at the corner of Marguerite and Estanciero, at Mission Viejo. Both Evelyn and Noah are very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. What a pleasant trip to Walgreen today. I used Western Union Machine and also took passport photo at Walgreen. Thank you guys.

I just wanted to say how much we appreciate this pharmacy and the store. Always happy to see us very kind and aware of the medications they are filling for us. Very knowledgeable. We especially thank Tao For her excellent pharmaceutical services.

Pharmacist Thao is a Rock Star! On many occasions she has gone beyond the call of duty to make sure my family and I are taken care of....Absolutely amazing! I meant to call and take the Walgreens short survey and brag about her... but I didn't do it within the 72 hour requirement.

Great and professional staff especially in the pharmacy.

Very helpful.
I was printing cards and there was a bad glare. Random worker without asking got a poster to block the sun. It was very thoughtful, above and beyond .
