Always great one of the best Napa stores in the greater Sacramento and El Dorado area

Staff is always very helpful and the store has most of the parts I need for minor and intermediate maintenance for my trucks.

This place is not the cheapest, but this place carries the weird odd parts like bolts. Also they can look for gaskets by comparison. Basically, if you have an odd part, they will have it.

I had a custom exhaust flange and no one had the gasket, except these guys.

Customer service was by far the best.

Pat at the desk can source any part you need and tell in short order if they cant. Good parts guys are far and few. Nice to see there are still a few.

These guys are the best! Always helpful, knowledgeable, upfront, and kind. They always have what I need and help me locate it, and though i often have a general idea of what I'm looking for, they always share experience on what exact parts, tools, and products meet my needs. My go-to parts store, thank you Napa/Riebe's!

This place is is great! They opened the store and helped customers during a snow storm and while the power was out. Even loaned a couple of tools to replace my daughters alternator in the parking lot.

While they won't help install the battery on a vehicle they will let you borrow tools if need comes to must have. I was replacing my battery as I didn't have all the tools required. Upon installing my replacement battery the nut on the bolt to the fastener broke. The employee James went the extra mile to help me out. Going as far as opening a kit and claiming it for store use just so I could have a nut that fit the bolt that busted off. He even helped me get the jammed bolt. The biggest thing was he didn't charge me for the replacement bolt and nut and appeared to be genuinely happy to assist me. I will be coming to store if I need tools or parts again!

They had a truck battery I needed. AAA didn’t have it anywhere locally.

I went here to get some things including tire chains it was a little bit busy however I had a great experience the employees were knowledgeable and helpful and I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Lamar, at napa was such an amazing help! We had an accidental emergancy with our vehicle and we needed a few parts asap, he was about to close and he got everything we needed fast with no issues! He was a wonderful help! Thank you Lamar!
