GOOD SERVICE ! We've used these guys a number of times over the years to frame prints we have bought....always a professional finish. On Saturday my wife and I popped in here to organize the framing of a beautiful print on canvas we bought at the Louvre Museum, Paris....Starry Night Over The Rhone - Vincent van Gogh. The original...painted in 1888 ( valued at up to $300 million ) is on display at Musee d'Orsay, Paris. A helpful employee named Sabina worked with us while we decided which style of frame would best suit this small print. In the end between the 3 of us we came up with a good outcome. Enlarged with white matting and with a slim gold frame it should look great when completed within 2 weeks....$254 incl tax. CAN'T WAIT !

Located inside Woodburry (Irvine), this Michael’s looks like it was built yesterday. Very clean inside and well stocked and while the staff is friendly, sometimes are kind of hard to find because I don’t think they seem to be very well staffed; which is a shame because there are so many little things around the store but sometimes you don’t know where to look. In my opinion this is probably the nicest Michael’s I’ve ever shot at and glad that it’s local.

Very like this store, usually get my painting supplies and use coupons and points.

QUICK STOP ! Our first time here. My wife and I popped in here around 2.30pm on Friday to pick up a couple of things..some brilliant white fabric paint and a couple of baking accessories. It was as dead as a cracker inside despite the parking lot being jam packed. YOU GOTTA WONDER !

We found everything we needed for some crafts. Had a buy one get 50% deal going on too.

I had an instacart order last week and it was my first time at Michael’s, I was completely lost trying to find the items on the order and Elizabeth helped me find all the items on the order and was extremely nice and patient! She was really professional and nice! Thank you so much Elizabeth, I really appreciate your help!! You are the best!! 🙏😊

I was there a month ago in February. I had to ask an employee helping me even though she had clocked out. She was shopping for herself. She was so nice. She didn't mind at all ,and she went above and beyond to answer my questions. She even gave me advice on what
would work better for my project. Her name was Meghan. Thanks Meghan 😊🙏 You are an angel 😇🧡🙏🌿

I walked in to a great sale going on- I was in the right place at the right time.

I was looking for building materials.

Had just what we needed. Checkout was fast, and we used the 40% coupons from the website/app. I had no cell phone or internet service once inside the store, so I had to log onto the store's wifi. It didn't take long. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Nice store, well stocked. It's a bit close to Trader Joe's so parking can be a pain & getting out of the parking lot is a bit of a chore.

Typical Michael's, nothing unique. Parking can be chaotic in that shopping area though

This location is very nice clean with lots of products to choose from.

Josh is a great staff there. Everybody's there kind and nice. But Josh did an exceptional and great job for me(and of course I believe he does for other customers, too). This holiday season is the most busiest day and time for them and for us too. He never frustrated and showed his emotion even though he has a lot of requests and pressure from customers and a long line for cashiers, but served his customers with a sincere and kind attitude. Thanks to him and also other staff, I got great deals for Christmas deco and the tree I want.
p.s Alexis and the man with a black shirt(he looks like a manager at the Micahel's) are also kind and patient. And I hope the headquarter of Micahel's can give them more staff(at least 1-2 ppl more) or more budget for hiring, especially this season. They are working so hard w/ short staff!!!

Many can make DIY by yourself, I like to buy the blank shirt inside, buy the matching paint by myself, and draw "I love you" for my family and loved ones.🤭

I love Michaels anyway, but I called ahead to see if they had certain markers in stock. Brianna the operations manager answered the phone and found the markers and took a picture of them so she could remember and tell me everything they had, told me the cost, offered to put them on hold for me, and told me where they were in the store. She really went above and beyond! Thank you!

The Cashier went out of her way to help us to pick out a large quantity of yarn that we wanted to purchase. When we checked out, she enrolled me in Michaels & gave us instant discounts of at least $ 40 USD
